Holiday Home 'Grüner-Seppel' with Private Terrace, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

You live alone in the green cottage. With its 2 bedrooms, it offers space for 4 guests. The loft (not suitable for standing) offers additional sleeping space. Each of the two bedrooms has its own small shower room. There is a separate guest WC on the ground floor. In the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, stove with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, filter coffee and Senseo machine. There is plenty of crockery, drinking glasses, wine and champagne glasses, cutlery, etc. at your disposal. The open kitchen leads into a cozy dining room, further into the living room with TV, wood stove for the cool evenings and direct, flat access to the terrace and the small garden. There is Wi-Fi in the house and a washing machine and tumble dryer in the cellar. Smoking in the house and pets are not allowed. There is a parking space on the property. Our vacation home is not available for stag parties, graduation parties and parties.

Activities in the immediate vicinity: Hiking in the Palatinate Forest, on the rocky hiking trail around Rodalben, mountain biking in the mountain bike park starting at Rodalben train station, visit to the ruins of Gräfenstein Castle and the Römercastel.
