“There was quiet a lot of hair strands on the bed, not sure if it was after drying them and getting stuck on the sheets.
The front desk staff were very kind and helpful during check in and checking out. Overall, our stay went smooth and it was good. Would highly recommend to a friend if they needed a hotel to stay at. ”

“The one thing that lets down this hotel is how long it takes the shuttle bus to pickup guests. The hotel is 5 minutes away, but the bus takes over 30 minutes to pick me up after being called, late at night, where I was the only passenger. I have stayed at this hotel many times, and pickup from the airport is normal to wait 30minutes or longer”

“We chose this hotel over cheaper options mainly because it advertised a spa. Unfortunately, when we arrived, we were told that the sauna wasn’t working and wouldn’t be fixed anytime soon. That was extremely disappointing, as the spa was the main reason we were willing to spend more money to stay here. Had we known, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel that at least included breakfast.
What made the situation worse was that the staff didn’t seem particularly apologetic and didn’t offer...

“The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff.
