“Clean, comfortable room. Good room cleaning. Very good breakfast. Perfect close distance to both Airtrain station and N.Y subway.”

“I enjoy staying here and I’ve done so in the past, but I’m not happy with the fact that an iron and ironing board are no longer provided in the rooms. I was surprised to see that they only give you a steamer, and I was appalled by the explanation that using a steamer is supposed to be healthier for you. What sense does that make?!”

“Fint badrum”

“The property is close to the JFK terminal. However, the room (#257) did not have the basic necessities associated with a hotel of that caliber (toothpaste, shower cap, body lotion, robe & slippers were not provided).”

“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming, but we would especially like to recognize Junior for his outstanding service. He was incredibly helpful, attentive, and kind, always making sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Junior went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant experience. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to help made a real difference. Employees like Junior are a true asset to any hotel. We sincerely...

“Ok rum”

“Rummet var fint och rent. Nära till flygplatsen men området runt omkring var väldigt gammalt och slitet.”

“Detta är bara ett ställe att sova på, inget mer. Jag skulle kalla hotellet för tråkigt. Personalen var bra, det fanns en restaurang men hotellet är lite för slätstruket.”

“Room was clearing”

“Trodde Continental frukost var standard, men det var betydligt mer än så, positiv överraskning. Mycket hjälpsam personal och ”skytteln” till och från flygplatsen var perfekt med härligt trevlig chaufför.”

“Ok”

“The rooms are terribly small, it’s a discount hotel first and last time. Wanted to check out soon as I checked in but I had paid for my room in advance and didn’t want to lose hundreds of dollars. Didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. But never again.”
