“I loved this hotel! Even though I stayed for only one night, it felt like I was on a real vacation. The room was beautiful and comfortable. There were streaming options for the tv which is helpful for me as I had my 3 young children with me. I asked to be on the ground floor so we wouldn’t make too much noise, and even though I was on the 4th floor instead we couldn’t hear other patrons and I don’t believe they could hear us! “The hotel was under construction but it was not shared prior to check in. The hallways smelled very strongly of paint and the outside patio by the pool was filthy. The staff were only moderately helpful.”

“I had an absolutely terrible stay at this hotel during a wedding trip. The first room I was assigned was horrendous. The toilet didn't work at all, and the bathtub looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years — stained, covered in putty, and utterly disgusting. The toilet was constantly running, filled with toilet paper, and refused to flush, making the whole experience even more unpleasant. The front desk clerk was obviously overwhelmed with all the guests, but she was surprisingly attentive...

“We arrived to the beautiful small town of Jacksonville, OR and was very welcomed by the staff at the front desk of Wine Country inn. The room was big, clean and well maintained. The bed was comfy. The front desk staff gave us some good tips and a map to the city center which was a beautiful old small town. We definitely advise people to go here instead of Ashland, this place is much more “down-to-earth””
