“On check-in, I was informed that the room is not ready. I asked how long it will take and got an "I don't know". That was only the beginning. The room is cramped and there was no cleaning done. Avoid the room and the rude staff”

“Small but excellent hotel right next to the railway to/from Vienna. Clean, comfortable, a short ride on one of the frequent buses to the City Centre. Staff are friendly and helpful - Receptionist went well above and beyond the call of duty to help us with an emergncy. Warmly recommended.”

“Very nice and well designed room (bathroom that allows two people to use it simultaneously is a winner). Great view of city from our room on 9’th floor. Location is a bit off, 30min walk from old town. But trams are running just outside hotel so easily accessed if walking is not on your wishlist. Breakfast included, pretty standard. Only one coffee machine made for long lines though, even when restaurant was less than half full.”
