“Ich habe auf einer Rundreise per Bahn einen Zwischenstopp in Kobe eingelegt und nach 2 Nächten im Zentrum dort oben auf dem Mt. Rokko eine Nacht verbracht. Ein Häuschen mitten zwischen Bäumen, experimentell und spassig, wie gewünscht. Das zentrale Haus war ebenfalls sehr entspannt und lässig. Konstruktionsbedingt bietet das Haus wenig akustischen Schutz, vor Autos und Bussen. Nach 10 Uhr wurde es dann aber leiser mit hat die Grillen gehört.”

“Arima grand hotelhas shuttle to and from the bus station. The staff, amenities and the whole property were top notch. The souvenir shop had some of the top items from town. The onsens were big and spacious. The onsen on the 9th floor had breathtaking view and the onsens on the ground level overlook a bamboo forest. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable! Loved this place, would certainly go back. Highly recommended! ”

“We love the Arima Onsen Hanano Ryokan. They picked us up at the train station and even carried our bags up to store our luggage. Yes, getting to the inn meant climbing up some stairs. This might be a problem for some people with mobility issues. But the climb was all worth it because the service was impeccable, the hotel was exceptionally clean and the room was spacious. For such a minimalistic inn, it has everything we needed and more. This inn is traditionally Japanese with modern facilities. ...

“Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance. Only complaints — room aircon, air...

"Amazing staff, service, bed, room and it was clean and comfortable. I’d recommend this hotel if you’re going to Osaka and wanna be close to Universal Studios. It’s about 5 min walk to universal studios, which was perfect! Loved the minion team they have at the hotel, it’s cute and neat. The breakfast was good and a lot to choose from. Well worth it to have eaten something before going to the Universal to experience that. I love that you can do your laundry too by yourself."
"Central location, very nice onsen with multiple pools (one cold) and a sauna. Rooftop pool is nice but entrance is booked in advance. The view is worth it though. Top restaurant is nice: food is good but the interior could be improved. It’s ok though. Staff is very friendly."
"Second time in Japan and Osaka. I stayed here last time and was very happy and therefore chose this location again due to the hotel, the service and location. Close to every major activity we wanted to visit. The hotel is just outside the Osaka Loop Line so it’s easy to get around the town. Amazing view from the 49th floor."
