Our bathroom was dirty when we arrived. The best thing about this place was the bed and pillows were very comfortable! The jacuzzi was broken. It wasn’t too noisy but the toilet ran all night.

Check in was wonderful gal at the desk was amazing.. room was clean and comfortable.. one of the locks on door dodnt work and the breakfast was not good at all.. i would recommend they either get with the breakfast program or stop offering it

There’s a bunch of people just hanging out in the parking lot when we got there after 11 o’clock at night. When we got to our room our AC unit had dirt and dead bugs and popcorn in it so we asked for a different room and that AC unit was not as bad, but still gross. Needless to say, we never turned our air on thank goodness it was mild temperatures.

This property is a little tired. The Receptionist was very helpful but it did not make up for the fact that the key system was unreliable and the shower ran out of hot water after two minutes. Won’t stay here again for our return trip to Texas.

Room smelled of marijuana in the evening and then cigarette smoke in the AM. A dog was barking by 7:00 AM.

The lake with walking path was a huge plus travelling with our dog. Hot tub was not working but should have been drained. It was very dirty and gross looking. Cobweb in the room made it feel dirty though it seemed clean.

The elevator was broken, the sink didn't drain, the toilet seat was broken, the security latch on the door was missing, and the drywall was falling off.

There is a beautiful pond you can walk around. The beds and blankets are extremely comfortable. The staff is friendly and welcoming.The breakfast provided was amazing. They had all of your "continental breakfast" amenities, as well as fresh eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Let's not forget the coffee and juices, also provided. Definitely one of the best breakfasts I have ever been offered. I've stayed here at least 3 times, and will again every time.

A decent little area right off of the highway! Solid choice for a good price! I love the pond in the back with a walking trail around it. Would stay again!

This place is a joke and harassed us about our service dogs, creating an issue that didn’t need to be there. It was embarrassing- I have never been asked so many questions ever before and I even fly with my dog. It was the weirdest place hung I’ve ever experienced- creating a scene in front of other guests is unacceptable. Don’t stay here

In need of some improvements
Got an ADA room for my parents, shower head was completely broken off , so no shower. Access to the room was not easy, no ramp in the back where we were told to park, and far from elevator.

My mother in law was electrocuted by a lamp in the room. My sister in law was almost car jacked in the parkinglot. The hot tub jets didnt work properly. There where dead flies in the window. You had to check out pool towels and return them at the front desk.

We came in early before the check in time. The manager yelled at us saying their check in is at 3pm. We stayed for a bit in the lobby. Decided to continue driving because we can’t wait 3 hours in the middle of winter to wait. I came back and ring the bell to informed her that we decided to get different lodging. She did not come out. There’s a better way to communicate her frustrations but she lashed out on us the moment we went in. Not a great location and never again.

Nice Pool!
Breakfast was good, staff very friendly, bedsheets were not as clean as I would like as there was a decent amount of hair under the blankets. Pool was very warm despite the very cold weather. Pools are could use some minor fixes and cleaning but over all the place is very nice I would stay here again.

The place definitely needs updating. The carpet is nasty and dirty, hole in vinyl floor in elevator covered in duct tape, and face of control panel for elevator held on with duct tape. Arrived and was given keys and sent to back door. Got there and the keys would not let me in. Went back to front desk and I was given new keys. Went to the room assigned to me, walked in, and the room had been slept in and nothing had been cleaned. Went back to front desk again and was given a different room. The room was not very clean, from the carpet, to the bathroomm floor and shower, to the walls.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Have an elevator and luggage dolly for guests use. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast offerings were excellent!

Not as advertised
1st night could not get the TV to work. Second night front desk person had to come and get TV to work. Only a few minutes of hot water for shower, then freezing cold. Chose this facility because it had a hot tub. Went down to use it and it wouldn't bubble and the water was luke warm at best. Third night hot tub still not working and same experience with the shower.

Not very accommodating!
This trip was a short overnight visit with my daughter and grandsons. I had made a reservation for 1 room but when I arrived, I asked if there were possibly any rooms available that were connected. The desk clerk was not friendly and seemed really overwhelmed, but he did find two rooms that were connecting so I changed my reservation to 2 rooms instead of 1. According to the information on this booking site, we were supposed to be able to check in early 2 hours! That absolutely did not happen! The clerk told me he had no idea when the rooms would be ready, so when my daughter arrived, we decided to do some shopping and then eat dinner. When we came back to the hotel, we were given the keys. We soon discovered that the rooms were NOT connected! I talked to the clerk at the front desk and was told that the rooms that I requested were not cleaned. I would not have reserved 2 rooms had they not been connected. They seemed to care less about doing anything to correct the situation. When we went to the pool, we asked the clerk at the front desk about towel for swimming and they gave us 2 towels and said that we had to return them to the front desk after we were done swimming, or they would be added to the bill. Apparently, theft is a problem there because in the room there was a sign with the prices of any items that were removed. Absolutely no wall decor either. They certainly did not make us feel welcome! Probably a staff shortage but shouldn't of been our problem!

We had an accessible room. So glad the toilet was tall. But the shower didn’t have a place for soap and there was no countertop. We had to use the ironing board for a countertop. The tiny metal 4 inch shelf wasn’t any help. In fact I cut my arm on it when trying to sit down. And the bed is needing replaced. The pillows are fantastic.
