“Clean rooms , nice staff”

“Fick byta hotellrum pga läckage fr taket. I nya rummet vi fick var det en likadan fläck i taket på exakt samma ställe. Dålig ventilation. Luktade cigarettrök fast hotellet skulle vara rökfritt.”

“This particular Hyatt Regency is in a terrible need of complete renovation. The room I stayed in had HVAC issues and plumbing problems. Tacky old decor makes a place very unpleasant looking. There are better options in the area.”

“Bodde en natt på detta hotell, relativt stort rum med bra säng och begränsad men gratis frukost. Nära IKEA, Woodfield mall och Schaumburg Convention center. Korridorer, rum och hissar är i behov av renovering.”
