“The property was very nice. Food was very good. We stayed two nights. We were pleasantry surprised on how smoke free the property is. We never smelled smoke in the rooms or on the casino floor.”

“Not nearly enough ice/pop/ coffee areas for free! Casino staff are friendly and helpful! Staff at hotel seemed very preoccupied with other work duties and not wanting to help patrons waiting in line! Why aren’t there are free upgrades anymore? We did enjoy the food at players lounge, but was so busy that staff couldn’t keep up with replenishment of even the carved meats, salads, place seemed very understaffed and things appeared unorganized! “We stayed for the night in n the way from Toronto to Wisconsin. It was spotless and the front desk staff were very helpful. We were traveling with a dog and they made it very easy for us. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was very clean. Highly recommend this hotel”

“The first room we got smelled like someone had smoke a pack of cigs in it. Sheets looked like they had poop on them. Switched to another room and the sheets somehow looked even worst! Staff were very friendly on the one bright side. Would highly avoid. We looked at reviews and somehow it said it was clean.”

“The biggest turn off was the breakfast staff, my husband accidentally spilled some waffle batter mix and we were trying to wipe it up and she comes and makes the biggest deal over that. The room we stayed in gave eerie vibes and feelings , had horrible dreams all night. lol the desk ladies were nice, and it’s a very quiet and not busy place very peaceful.”
