“The location is centrally located, it’s between Wells beach and Wells harbor. There are excellent restaurants nearby that offer great seafood dishes, as well as international options. I95 is easily accessible, Portland is an easy drive, as well as Cape Elizabeth.”

“The room was very nice. Operating the shower was a challenge; instructions would've been helpful. Had a late arrival and had to reach out a few times to get the entry code.”

“Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again.”

“We love the Residence Inn, and have been staying here for years. Unfortunately, the big parking lot next to the hotel is being redeveloped. You have to use valet parking now, and the price for parking went up from $30 to $45 a night. Some of the ease with which you could arrive and stay here is lost. Obviously, there is also a big construction site in front of your window. Let‘s see how this turns out in the next two years.”

“The Martin Hill Inn was a great place for short solo-trip as a young female. It was clean, easy to get into, I felt safe, and the property was vert responsive. Excellent hospitality. My favorite part was they had the "good ice" available for residents & the bathrobes were a great "luxury:" touch. I had to message the property for 1 request via text and they responded within 5 minutes, and happily fulfilled my request. The only feedback I have is that finding the parking lot in the dark was a bit...
