"This hotel has become much more than just a place to stay for me; it truly feels like my second home. I have stayed here seven times so far, and I certainly intend to continue staying here whenever I visit Cologne. I simply would not consider staying anywhere else. The main reason is the exceptional reception staff, who are always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The excellent breakfast buffet and the opportunity to relax in the hotel’s garden also make every stay particularly enjoyable. On this visit, I was also very impressed by the newly arranged lobby and lounge areas. They have been beautifully designed, and the bar now has a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. However, what truly makes this hotel feel like my second home is its staff. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and willingness to help are what keep bringing me back time and time again."

"A very nice hotel in a central location. The facilities are not quite new, however we had a good experience. The best of all was the personnel that really gave us excellent service, from Zenaida at the front desk to her colleague that showed us maps and wrote recommendations, to the people at the breakfast room. Really nice! The breakfast was complete and fresh! On the other hand, it was very hot in the room and opening the window meant also having a lot of noise. We got a fan but our room was huge. This would be something to improve in the future. Thanks!"

"Stort fint rum med utsikt mot Kölnerdomen. Långt till rummet från hissen, men det var inga problem. Bra med parkering i garage under hotellet €36/ dygn) Stor och god frukost."

"Ligger mitt i little Tokyo, hur mysigt område som helst. Bodde här 4 nätter och det enda negativa som jag kan säga är att det är lite dåligt tryck i duschen. Annars var allt toppen. Dom fixade t o m iordning en frukost påse till oss då vi var tvungna att åka en morgon innan frukosten på hotellet. Kan varmt rekommendera hotellet."
