Själva boendet var modernt, fräsch och rent. Det fanns ett gemensamt kök där man kunde laga frukost och även mat om man ville även om utrustningen var klen. Rummen var snygga och fräscha. Läget var hemskt. Vi bokade för det utgavs vara nära Vatikanen. Det var i och för sig inte långt men för att komma till allmänna kommunikationer behövde man gå en 800 meter lång sträcka genom ett mörkt område som inte kändes säkert.

Litet och familjärt
Hotellet låg lite avsides, men busshållplatsen låg precis utanför och metron och ett köpcentrum låg på gångavstånd. Hotellet var litet, mysigt och familjärt med fräscht kök på varje våning, men gemensamhetsutrymmerna var under renovering. Vårt rum var ganska ordinärt, med en mysig balkong. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam och trevlig!

This is a family run property. We decided to book and stayed in this property for 2 main reasons. The price is a lot way cheaper than in Central Rome and we did consider the review from other travelers. The property itself is not that bad at all. We took the studio unit the space is great, with Fridge and kitchen plus dining table which is a plus if you consider to prepare your own meals. They also offer wash and dry for 10 Euro with free laundry detergent, fabric softener and disinfectant plus free ironing . The only challenge we did encounter was we were placed on the third floor if you carry some luggages which we did it can be a challenge to bring them up as they do not have elevator however staff were very helpful in helping us bringing our luggages to our unit. Moreover, it feels like you need to have a long walk to the nearest metro station VALLE AURELIA at first but as we did it frequently it becomes very easy and accessible. It takes only a couple of stations to the Vatican/St Peter Basilica and City Center. We always appreciate the bidet and the balcony. Although the shower is a bit small and we had a little problem on how to regulate the water temperature in the shower. The property is also walking distance to Aura Mall and there is a Supermarket at the ground floor. If you are lazy to walk you can hop on bus 495 which has a stop few steps from the property. If you have a private car it’s even better. The owner Sam and his staff esp. Freddie are all great.

The staff was great, hotel was very clean, very good service with daily room cleaning and setting up excursions. Water temperature was unstable in shower but other than that, the stay was very good for the week.

What a great find! Stayed here on a recommendation from a friend who stayed here in the fall. Great staff, very friendly! Not only were they able to accommodate an early check-in (by luck!), but they also held our bags before we had to head out on the last stay. The community kitchen is very convenient as well as the near by grocery store. Short walking distance to the metro station, A line, same as many popular attractions.

Nice room for extended stay. Close to Vatican, not walking but reasonable taxi prices. Not a lot of dining or shopping near by. No breakfast but you can make your own.

Amazing stay our last day in italy !
The place was well kept all ac systems worked, great water pressure, modern, and laundry room to use for a few euros. Vending machines as well and10 min location to shopping center, and great restaurant Golden Italy!

This hotel was a bit noisy and not clean- dirty sheets- hairs all over bathrooms and towels, dirty sheets. The shower drain was clogged and the soap was empty in the bathroom. Very loud rooms. It was in Rome, so to be expected but I'm glad our stay is over. However, the desk staff was so friendly and helpful!

We stayed in the 4 bunk room which was a perfect choice for our family. The room is fairly basic but that was fine with us as we did not spend much time there other than to sleep. Our room had a great balcony and It was very clean. The staff was amazing! The area around it is quiet and transportation was easily accessible. The walkable dining choices are limited so we made sure to eat before getting on metro or bus to return to room. Would recommend!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Provided information on what to see and how to get around town. The surrounding neighborhood and walk to the property is run down and unkept. However we found most of Rome to be like that.

It’s very convenient if you like to do little cooking. Every things were ok. Shower was a little small. The cleaner might miss some spots If you call the office they would take care of it for you. I checked the one bedroom I will return and will book the one bedroom next time. All together the staff and the owner make you feel like you are at home.

The reception staff was exceptional! Sam gave us the history of Italy and a few tips. Gaida was super nice, brought to our room, explained everything. Then she went over the map of Rome explaining all the sites we should see. She even walked us to the bus stop and told the driver where to drop us off. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. This property is very close to the Vatican and all the important sites you want to see in Rome
