We selected and paid for a room with a queen bed and a single bed. The room we were given had a queen bed with no additional bed. Another room did have the 2 beds as we noticed it during cleaning. Additionally there was no breakfast provided as stated in the listing. The property was located at a different address than the listing. The location was great but we took a taxi to a location over 1 mile from where the actual property was.

You where moved in another location, you had an upgrade with the location just in front of the Colosseo and you are telling us that everything it’s orrible? Think before write. You where lucky to find the location just in front of the Colosseo and the score of the review it’s 1?

The facilities wrre very good. To be honest the room in the picture looks bigger but still ot was convenient. The TV couldn t be switched on

The shower was broken so we were moved to another property which was dark and depressing. The landlady was unfriendly and unhelpful. We asked for two keys and couldn't get them, which was hugely inconvenient.

no helpful? i answerd to all the questions (read your whatsup) i gave to you an upgrade new rooms with also REAL parquet on the floor. room was 20 mq with all the comfort. king size double bed. you had also a mini frigde inside your room. in the previous room there weren't all this comfort. the previous room was 12 mq without parquet and a small double bed. i also told to you if you wanted to see the previous room but you said "NO ITS FINE" fortunatly i have all the messages saved inside the phone. we are not a hotel but you had me responding 24 hours by whatsup. about the key.... you had the APP VIKEY to enter inside the building and inside the apartment. you could download in every phone that you want and be indipendent. regards
