Ci dispiace per il disagio dovuto alla pulizia degli spazi non ottimale. Ci impegniamo molto per garantire ai nostri ospiti elevati standard di pulizia e ci scusiamo per questa disattenzione. Implementeremo i nostri controlli per evitare che accada nuovamente. Nei bagni abbiamo eliminato i prodotti monouso in plastica e li abbiamo sostituiti con dei dispenser. Una scelta più sostenibile per l'ambiente ed in linea con la nostra struttura dove poniamo molta attenzione alla riduzione degli sprechi ed alla salvaguardia dell'ambiente. Ci dispiace che non ha apprezzato la nostra colazione, dove offriamo dolci fatti in casa, prodotti di pasticceria e preparazioni salate espresse, anche i nostri prodotti di caffetteria vengono preparati espressi dal nostro personale. Speriamo che la prossima volta che torna a trovarci possa apprezzare la nostra struttura e l'impegno e la passione che mettiamo nel nostro lavoro.Cordiali saluti
