Excellent apartment near the airport and convenient to explore Rome
The unit was filled with many inexpensive drinks and foods to purchase and many other items were free. The unit was clean and well appointed. The bedding was the best I experienced in Europe. There were many good restaurants nearby, especially near the canal. Communication with host Fausto was excellent

Fiumicino Paradise
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay! Fausto met us when we checked in and gave us a quick brief on the home and the area and was very accommodating. The home is a short walk to local restaurants, shops and the water - we were only there for a day, but did a pretty good amount of exploring. The house has a huge gated yard and a view of the water from the rooftop terrace. The bedrooms were good sized and clean, as were the bathrooms. The air conditioning in the first floor bedroom needs to be replaced and the wifi upgraded (we were unable to connect at all), but overall this was a great house. He even had wine, snacks, beer and breakfast goods to purchase if you didn't want to leave the compound.

Home Away From Home
We had a wonderful experience staying in this spacious Villa. Our host, Fausto, was very welcoming and very helpful for any questions we had. He was very quick to respond to any email sent to him prior to our arrival. The beds were quite comfortable. We felt very safe staying in this gated villa with a huge outdoor living area. Fausto secured a taxi for us when we were making our way to our next destination. I would definitely stay there again. Thank you for the wonderful experience, Fausto. Darlene St. Louis MO

Amazing Host and Property
Large three bedroom villa in a seaside town with exceptional space and an amazing host Fausto. Rooms were large in size, the house had plenty of amenities, and there was a garden area and a womderful solarium where you could see the water. Fausto was so helpful and knowledgeable, and truly made the experience unforgettable.

The accommodation worked for group as it was close to the airport! It was clean and Faust provided some food & beverages for our breakfast, as well had additional items for sale! Faust was great at communicating and accommodating for our check in & check out

Fabulous
Fausto was amazing. Let us check in early, provided breakfast, and called us a cab for the next morning. If you need a place to stay near the airport you can’t get better than this. Plenty of room and the rooftop has views of the sea. Perfecto!! Grazie mille Fausto!

Great for short stay.
Overall, Fausto was very helpful. We stayed 9 days during the hottest July in decades. The house is not set up for that. The property is lovely but it is 2 story. The a/c is tricky along with the appliances which are in Italian. There is no book with instructions on how to use the oven,washer, a/c units, which differ from room to room. The airport is also the train station and the taxis do a brisk business charging app $20-30 euros to go to and from there or anywhere else that might be too far to walk. The River front shops and restaurants are great, as we’ll as the pharmacies. You can take the bus but it doesn’t run on time. Almost everything is closed on Mondays and then when it reopens on Tuesday….well, not everything reopens. Fausto was very helpful everytime we called and he came by almost everyday to water the plants. He did rent a car and took our family on a very important visit to my family’s ancestral home. We of course paid for the car, insurance , gas and bought him lunch with a gratuity too. That was very kind of him. I would just recommend staying for 3 days or less and not in the heat.

Great for a stopover
The property had the space we needed and was comfortable as a 1 night stopover. Fausto was very helpful when we arrived. Leaving us some breakfast items was a nice touch too.

Great layover
We needed one night close to the airport before leaving Rome. The unit was fully stalked with enough for a quick breakfast. Located minutes to a minimart and many restaurants. It had an old Italian charm to it. The owner was so nice. He even had a mini bar system going on which was super convenient. Highly recommended.

Loved the house
The house is only a 10 minute walk from the beach or a wide twangs of restaurant options. Fausto was a wonderful host and was very helpful with a couple of taxi pickups we needed for our trip. We would stay here again!

Huge space that's great for a family!
This property was well appointed, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast provided was over the top! Fausto was waiting at the property when we arrived and explained everything in great depth. We had no issues. The ocean was a short walk away and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Thank you, Fausto!

Fausto was wonderful to share his home that had so many amenities!
This is a real working home with a full kitchen and plenty of space. Beds were comfy and all 3 had their own baths. The outdoor space was fantastic- we prepared a pasta meal and ate in the courtyard surrounded by Fausto’s plants and candles. Then we enjoyed wine (some we brought and some Fausto had available for a reasonable price) on the upper deck and the roof! A little noisy at night as it is on a busy street but we parked our 2 cars outside and felt safe and cozy in our retreat.

Italy vacation
I booked this accommodation because it had lots of beds for us to get a good nights sleep on our last night of a 2 week vacation. And I wanted air conditioning. There were 3 air conditioners and only 1 was working. 1 air conditioner was on but hardly any cool air came out. The 3rd was a window air conditioner not connected to the window, so cold air came out the front and hot air came out the back. Hence not an air conditioned room. Yes there were plenty of places to sleep, but it was uncomfortably warm. Otherwise, nice clean accommodations, close to the airport. Thank you,

Ciao Nancy, i am Sorry that you were disappointted unfortunately With 40 DEGRE CEl SIUS THE MACHINE bring in hot air and need some help from other tools. Regard in the aircondition machine it was disconnected from the window as the outside air wass to hoot.

Beautiful home for a large family
We had a wonderful time staying in Fausto's home. He was a great host. So helpful in getting us settled in just for our 1 night. He even helped us arrange for our early morning taxi to the airport and walked us down to a close by restaurant and helped us order. We will definitely stay in his home the next time we come to Rome.

Wonderful Accommodations!
This property is such a gem! It is spacious, clean, and has a gourmet kitchen. The owners are so nice and accommodating, and met us when we arrived to show us the place. The area is really nice also with lots of restaurants and we were there when the street market was going on which was awesome! I plan to go back someday and this will be a location and villa that I would want to spend more time in. Thanks to Fausto and his family for such a wonderful experience!
