Ett rum med utsikt
Fint och väldigt centralt samt nära till metron. Väldigt bra service. Lite ljudligt på förmiddagen om man tycker om att sova länge.

Excellent value
Small place but very tidy and in perfect condition. Kind and service minded staff. It is a B&B with a few rooms in a residential building so the service is of course limited. The city area is perhaps not the most exciting but in walking distance from Termini and next to a Metro station. Excellent value for money and perfect for two persons on a few days visit in Rome.

Watch out here!!
We had booked two nights at this small "B&B-place for over 400 EUR (which I consider to be totally over-priced) based on previous good marks. There is nothing to complain about with respect to service but after the first night in this verry very small "hotel" we were "transfered" to an apartment close o Termini railwaystation. The surroundings were not pleasant and we even felt threatened when arriving there late in the evening. So, if you decide on this B&B be sure to not end up in the so called apartment close to Termini station.

Close to main train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful park just at the end of street. Host very professional. Subway stop within 5 minutes. Good breakfast. Would go back.

Good location, good perks.
Federica was a superhost! The location was great. Breakfasts were good -- a mix of sweets and savories. I recommend the pensioners highly. And it was reasonably priced.

最高のおもてなし
Vittorio Emanuele駅から徒歩二分ほど。それと知らなければ通り過ぎてしまうような建物の２階部分がFederica's Homeです。民家にお邪魔するように、入口脇のインターホンを押して、鍵を開けてもらいます。鍵は、①建物入口　②Federica's Home入口　③自分の部屋　の３つあり、セキュリティはしっかししていそうです笑。コロッセオから徒歩10〜15分の立地。地下鉄でTermini駅まで１駅。地下鉄に乗ればバチカンなどの観光地まで１本で行けるので、非常に便利でした。治安も悪くなく、夜は静かに過ごせました。近くのスーパーではお土産をたくさん購入できました！ チェックインの際にはオーナーさんからローマ市内の観光案内を詳細にして頂けます。お部屋は広くて清潔で何も言うことなしです！朝食の時間をオーナーさんに伝えておけば、その時間にコーヒーなど振舞ってくれます。クロワッサンが美味しかったです。 私たちは４泊しましたが、うち1日はポンペイへ向かうために朝六時半に出発しなければならず、その旨を伝えると、「私はその時間は出勤できないけど、冷蔵庫のヨーグルトやパンを食べてもらって構わないから」と親切に答えてくれて、非常に助かりました！帰りのバスの予約チケットも印刷してくださり、宿泊期間中は常に「何か問題ない？」と気遣ってくれました。 ホテルとはまた違って、オーナーさんとやりとりしながらflexibleに対応して頂けます。おかげで、非常に良い旅行になりました。是非また利用したいです。

Great place to stay.
The service was excellent. We needed to get to a tour early in the morning and they served us breakfast 2 hours before their normal starting breakfast time. How nice was that!

Very nice place and we were well treated by Farhad when we arrived pretty early and way before check in time. He fed us a quick coffee and pastry and then let us store our stuff while we wandered Rome for awhile before the room was made up. Good, clean and great service. Thanks.

コストパフォーマンスの高い快適なホテル
部屋は清潔、イタリアではない事も多いドライヤーを含めたアメニティも完備。シャワーはありますが浴槽はなし。朝食もクロワッサン、ヨーグルト、ハム、チーズ、トマトやフルーツを自由に取れて、ジュースやコーヒーもあり。この金額であれば十分なレベルです。但し、トータル3部屋しかないB&Bなので朝食は他の宿泊客と比較的狭い場所で一緒に食べることになります。テーブルはお客さん毎にあります。ホテルの人も親切で、チェックインした時にローマのマップをくれて有名な観光地への行き方を教えてくれます。また私は現地でオペラをweb予約したのですが、そのeチケットのプリントアウトも無料で快くやってくれました。

Es liegt ganz in der Nähe von der U-Bahn Station. Es gibt ein sehr gutes Restaurant und Supermärkte in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war gut und Federica war sehr hilfsbereit.

Propreté de l’hôtel, services de très bon rapport qualité prix, centre ville accessible à pied (15 minutes du Colisée à pied) ou en transports (métro à 50 mètres + bus). Petit déjeuner sympa (sucré et salé). Seul petit bémol, l'insonorisation mais c'est un petit détail car rue peu passante et nous qui n'aimons pas ça n'avons pas été spécialement gênés pour dormir avec une chambre côté rue...

Veldig tett på Termini og rask vei til det meste. Hyggelig betjening. Hadde rom to meter fra resepsjonen, følte for å viske på rommet. Dobbeltsengen er to enkeltmadrasser som deler seg, et mareritt å sove ! Veldig god frokost , rent og pent. Hadde anbefalt dette dersom jeg hadde fått sove!

Good receptionist and good structure
Staying at Federicas house was very good. The service quality was excellent: the receptionist gave us a map and a lot of informations about Rome and the best of all was that she brought me a soya milk when discovered that I am a milk intolerant one!

Federica looked after us very well. She was very helpful, served breakfast and gave advice about sightseeing. She also arranged a private taxi to return us to Ciampino airport. She was always calm and friendly and I would definitely recommend staying there.

다른 후기들 처럼 일하는 분은 정말 친절했어요. 하지만 부엌쪽 방을 받아서 좀 시끄러웠고 세면대 배수구가 좀 말썽이었지만 얘기하니 금방 고쳐줬어요. 근처에 지하철역이랑 한국식당 가까이 있어서 편리했어요! 조식은 빵종류, 치즈, 과일, 요거트,커피 정도 나오는데 나쁘지 않아요. 체크아웃 하는 날 아침일찍 가야 하니까 조식도 챙겨줘서 공항가는 셔틀 기다리면서 잘 먹었어요 ^^

Room was clean, a/c worked well, nice shower. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was simple, but very good. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Neighborhood is not the greatest, but it is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. There are also two grocery stores close by. If we ever go back to Rome, we will stay here again!

We arrived earlier than check in but our room was ready for us which was great! Frederica was so helpful - giving us a free map and showing us directions to all the major sites. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and the local restaurant opposite the B&B was great. Breakfast was really nice, especially the freshly ground coffee and the pastries.

A lovely stay
We went for a weekend in Rome and we stayed at Federica's Home. It is perfectly located close to the main touristic attractions and the train station. The staff was extremely kind and helpful during the whole stay. The place is comfortable and clean. We highly recommend this place.

The room was new, very clean, and well equipped. Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful. Pretty close to Colosseo, within a walking distance about 10 minutes. I highly recommend this place.

직원분이 매우매우매우 친절하여 로마에대한 첫인상이 매우 좋아졌었습니다. 아침일찍 투어를 떠나야해서 조식을 못먹는다고 했더니 전날밤에 간단히 챙겨먹을수 있도록 배려해준느 모습에 감동하였습니다. 비수기인지라 저희밖에 없기도했지만, 저희를 위해 조식을 준비해주셔서 매우 감사했습니다. 객실은 매우 청결하며, 공간도 넉넉하여 둘이 지내기에는 딱 좋았습니다. 물론 저희는 호텔에서 잠만잤지만.... 쉬는 시간에 편히 쉴 수 있었습니다. 다음에 로마에 간다면 반드시 이곳에서 지내고 싶습니다.

Great for First time travelers
We stayed here in July. It was our first time in Italy. They have English speaking guest service. Very helpful and friendly!! Plane arrived at 10pm and we got lost, but because we had emailed our expected arrival time the staff stayed for us. We arrived at 1am and someone was there to greet us with a smile, cold beverages, and midnight snacks!! It was during the record breaking heat wave and it was great to have a hotel with a working AC. Beds & bathroom were comfy, clean, no stains. Few of the previous reviews complained the breakfast was not great, but I think it was very Italian (bread, cheese, eggs, fruits, yogurt, martadella, pastries...). As Americans we are use to everything super sized, so I will say the breakfast area is set in a small hallway area but who cares, everything else was great! Plus we were provided a map with all the recommended sites to see. Overall, our first hotel experience in Europe was great because of the service we got at this hotel. We had to have a 6am check out and the hotel keeper, she was very kind to accommodate us. Negative: hotel is a little hard to find, even on a map. It's hidden within another building.

We loved staying here
We loved staying here. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Fredrica was so helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was great and she was willing to change the time for us. We'd love to stay here again. Really close if you want to walk to the colosseum, less then 10min. But we walked everywhere else too. Definitely recommend fredrica's.

Better than any 4 Star hotel I've ever stayed at
My stay was phenomenal, not only was the room perfect and very home feeling, but Federica was absolutely amazing. She catered to every need possible. She filled out a map highlighting where i should go and how to get there, she kept my room cold while i was away, she served breakfast and was seriously amazing from check in to check out. Would stay here every chance i could in Rome

Great place!
This hotel was so cute and we loved it. It was a little hard to find but a guy from the hotel walked over to the Termini station and walked us over. Once we knew where it was it was super easy to navigate. The service at this hotel was amazing! It's an older building but the room we got was completely modern and the shower was so good. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Great place to stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Federica's Home is a fantastic place to stay for the price. The hotel contacted me as soon as I made the reservation and the concierge was waiting for us upon arrival even though we were quite late due to the airline. Additionally, even though we had to leave early the next morning to catch a train, the concierge prepared a breakfast for us. Incredible service. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Excellent!
Excellent B&B! Federica is very nice and an excellent host. Building and room very nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Great authentic nepalese food across the street at an amazing price. Good indian place down the street also. Was disappointed with the pasta and pizza around. Close to train station, and metro is at the corner of the block so easy access to the reat of rome. We walked to the colusseum. Would absolutely stay again!!
