Praktiskt men omysigt.
Hjälpsam och vänlig personal. Hotellet beläget på bekvämt avstånd från flygplatsen, så bra om man ska iväg med ett tidigt flyg. Även nära havet. Men inte speciellt mysigt, så inget för tex en kärleksvistelse.

We needed a hotel close enough to the airport because we had an early flight the next morning and this was the perfect place! Very clean, updated rooms, and accommodated a 4am transportation to the airport at an additional 25€. There’s a beach close by with cute restaurants! Would highly recommend and would stay there again.

Our train arrived late yet Maria greeted us at 1130 at night and helped us arrange our early am taxi. I am so thankful for her kindness and help. I wished we could have stayed longer as the room was spacious, clean and inviting!

A nice day and night in a nice place!
Maria’s BnB is exactly as described. Great foam mattress. We slept very well. Check in at 2pm with no problems. She stored our luggage until then. Decent local neighborhood and a few blocks away lots of eateries. We felt safe walking around. Maria’s husband drove us to airport at 6am sharp for only 15 euros . A taxi driver drove us from airport to BnB the day before and we had to pay $40. We would definitely go back again if needed. Maria is a great host.

The b&b arranged for pick up at the airport, the driver was excellent, friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the property manager (owner), again very friendly showed us where to go for a nice dinner. Our room was bigger than expected and also had a nice patio. We only had a 1 night stay and again a ride to the airport was arranged at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend a stay here as the beach was only a 5 minute walk safe neighborhood. This would work well for a family of 4. Very good!

The location of the property was perfect for 1. Getting to FCO in the morning and 2. Very convenient for walking to the beach and restaurants. The hosts were so sweet and the rooms were very clean. Parking was secure. All in all, a great experience.

Our Stay
We stayed the night at this Guest House after ending our honeymoon around Italy and flying out of Rome the next day. We could not have picked a better spot. First, upon our arrival, we had a warm welcoming that was very organized and helped us with organizing our ride to the airport in the morning. It was very cleanly, and close to one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever seen. 5 minute walk to some great food. Overall, I would stay here again in a heart beat.

For an overnight stay close to Rome Airport the property is very good. All the amenities are there. Hot water kettle with coffee and tea along with milk etc. Highly recommended.

The Guest House is conveniently located next to the airport and also the beach. The beach is a short walk away and the airport is about a ten minutes away via car. The rooms were clean and tidy and the air conditioner worked really well. The owner helped us with transportation to the airport which was also a plus. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Rome and would like to stay near the airport.

We spent one night here prior to our departure from Rome FCO. We checked in late in the evening and Maria was there to greet us. She even arranged for transportation to FCO for us in the morning and recommended dining options that were a short walk from the apartment. The apartment was clean, AC worked great, the shower was amazing. Added bonus of breakfast items in our room so we could eat something in the morning before departure. Highly recommend. I only wish we had more time to explore that area!

Clean and excellent service
Excellent service. We had to arrive early and was able to store our luggage until check in. The room was clean and close to the beach and restaurants. There is an elevator which was a major bonus. We would stay here again!

The property is close to the Fiumicino airport and 2 blocks from the beach. The airplane noise is acceptable but the immediate neighborhood is extremely dirty and the property itself only slightly better.

Great little place to stay that was walking distance to the beach and a quick drive to the airport. The host was friendly and accommodating. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely stay longer if we had the opportunity. The A/C worked really well and it was nice to be able to find a cool reprieve from the July heat. Lisa - Canada
