Clean and modern
Nice and clean room and bathroom. Nice building. Very close to tram station, and the tram goes by quite often. We did have a strange incident, however: the fire alarm (we think) went off in the middle of the night. The lights in our room went on and the alarm was (of course) very loud. It didn't seem as if a fire was going on, so we stayed in the room. After about 20 minutes, the alarm went silent and we could turn off the lights again. Very odd! The next morning, the staff at first had no idea what we were talking about, then they started saying something about the bank next door. I couldn't understand what they meant by that, but I can't think of anything that could happen in a bank (except for a fire, for example) that would require waking up the hotel guests by a fire alarm and turning on the lights. No excuse or sensible explanation from the hotel. Very strange. Also, the breakfast is 1 croissant (or similar pastry of your choice) and 1 coffee of your choice. The pastries were very nice, and the coffee as well, but I'm used to a steadier breakfast.

Not as great as expected...
I booked a room for 2 adults, 2 kids. When we arrived they said the reservation was for 3 people. I showed them the hotels.com reservation but was simply told "no". My 9 year old and 7 year old were to share a single bed which I was not happy about. We also only received 3 towels. We did however get 4 breakfast tickets BUT breakfast was only one croissant and one drink. So we had to buy additional breakfast. The hotel was very clean and very modern but I still feel it was lacking. Good service into town as team and bus stop just outside.

Rom är en underbar storstad med vackra omgivningar och kulturella inslag. Det finns gott om trevliga tavernor och restauranger. Vi njöt hela veckan!!!

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel! Das Zimmer wird jeden Tag gereinigt und frische Wasserflaschen hingestellt. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit! Das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker. Das Hotel ist ein bisschen hellhörig, aber daran gewöhnt man sich. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist und so viel sieht, dann fällt man eh so müde ins Bett, dass man sofort einschläft :-)

A lot of people on this app love to complain I think. The breakfast was lovely, the service was awesome, the dining area and bar inside was fantastic and the room was great. Loved it here and was super happy with our choice

Very decent hotel. Clean, hospitable, great breakfast option's and good restaurant menu including gluten free pasta and pizza's (they make theyre own gf dough) if you dont mind using busses its fine otherwise a bit of walk to rhe nearest train station

Smelly room. Had to be changed rooms twice. Did not clean out room 2 days in a row. Also, we had to sleep in the room without AC for two days. We booked the excursion tour at the hotel, but they didn’t give us full explanation about the meeting place. It cost us 44 Euros to go back and forth between the destination place and the booking office.

The hotel was quaint, the elevator was tiny.. Their breakfast is great. The hotel is a little far from city center so not walkable.

Mixed bag.
Beautiful property in a nice quiet neighborhood - a different feel than being in central Rome. Staff was attentive, asked if we needed help arranging travel to the airport the next morning and answered all of our questions. Had a nice lunch at the on property restaurant - although they said they ran out of lobster...at lunch - didn't quite understand that. Our quad room however had a very noticeable smell to it. We were accommodated with another room for my wife and daughter who could not adapt to the smell. My son and I just slept with the window open and fan on. The shower took a long time to get hot water and the shower door was very difficult to open from the inside. Some minor inconveniences (plus a larger one for the odor) - it was still a nice one night stay.

This is a nice little hotel. When we discovered that the no. 8 tram right in front of the hotel would take us quickly to Trastevere or into Rome we were quite happy.

Fantastic hotel for seeing Rome
Loved the hotel. Especially the terrace, bar and restaurant. The bedrooms at the front are a little noisy from the road outside.

This property is prime location just outside of all the main tourist attractions. Easy 10-15 minute taxi ride to everything! We even took a 3.5 mile walk from the Trevi fountain back to the hotel one evening. Beautiful accommodations too with a great dining area and delicious breakfast and cappuccino’s! Definitely would stay here again.

Excellent service and nice clean hotel. Great location. Keep in mind there are plenty of stairs to go up to street level and down to the beach. Morning breakfast was delicious and included with the cost of the room
