Unfortunately we did not enjoy our stay here. From the moment we got here we felt uncomfortable and confused. The woman who greeted us only spoke Italian and made no effort to try to communicate with us as well we felt she was quite rude to us during our stay. She scolded us when we got confused with their door system (there’s four old style door and keys that’s she didn’t show s how to use) We were shocked with our treatment… At one point we were able to catch a staff that spoke English and we felt a bit more at ease but overall we weren’t able to enjoy our stay. We don’t know why we weren’t greeted by an English speaker the first place. The rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and had another persons hair on the bed/room and trash in the bathroom. Looked like mold or mildew in the showers. Toilets barely flushed, the apartment courtyard was an inactive construction site. The moment we got here we really wanted to leave.

Pas adapté pour voyage romantique
Situé dans un joli quartier, avec restaurant, shopping et transports en commun où on rejoint le Colisée en moins 15mn par bus et la gare en 4mn par le métro. Hôtel bruyant car peu insonorisé sur extérieur et intérieur. Pas de réception.

The accommodation is really good in terms of location, about 500m from the S. Giovanni metro station on the red A line. Pretty much all sights can be reached with this line. The accommodation is located in a quieter side street in a quieter and save part of the city, with a commercial street that has all the usual shops, fast food outlets, finer restaurants and of course the typical café bars with delicious Italian coffee. The room was clean and functional with a double bed wardrobe and air conditioning. The clean shower and toilet have been around for several years. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need and you can easily eat with several people. I would particularly like to emphasize the competence, friendliness, patience and great willingness to help of the two guest house operators. This accommodation is highly recommended for a short break in Rome.

Gentile Nicola,La ringraziamo per il suo commento. Ci fa piacere che ha apprezzato la nostra posizione. I bagni non sono nuovi ma cerchiamo sempre di tenerli puliti. Il Wi-Fi ha sempre funzionato a noi siccome una volta entrati nel bnb si collega automaticamente e non abbiamo avuto altri segnalazioni da parte di altri clienti. Se ha qualche problema è importante di farci sapere per poter intervenire. Abbiamo messo in camera il nostro contatto appositamente.Ci ha fatto piacere accogliervi e speriamo di rivedervi presto! Alla prossima!

Friendly service, spotty wifi.
Pick up and check in service was good. Great restaurant recommendation. Unreliable wifi. Somethings need to be refreshed and repaired… like electrical outlet cover falling apart.

Dear Kit! Thank you for your feedback and for staying with us! We didn’t have any issues with the Wi-Fi also because we have changed it recently and is the best on the market at the moment. No other guests have complained. We are planing to refresh the bnb as soon as the low season will come. Thank you again and hope to see you back!

Buena relación calidad-precio
Alojamiento bastante bien situado para visitar Roma, cerca del centro y de algunos lugares de interés. Además está cerca de la parada de metro y autobús. Habitación confortable y limpia, a un precio razonable teniendo en cuenta los precios abusivos de los hoteles en Roma.

Just had a lovely 3 nights at Isabel Guest House. Julia contacted us to find out our arrival time and we were able to get into our room early. It was clean and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. We made use of the kitchen area - fridge/microwave and the shower was hot & powerful which is a must for us when we travel. Area was fairly quiet, slightly out of the ‘tourist area’ but that didn’t bother us. Less than a 5 minute walk to the metro which was the A Line and takes you straight to central Rome. I contacted Julia for some recommendations for breakfast and she suggested a wonderful bakery, just down the road from the accommodation. It’s called Bar Pasticceria and their pastries are amazing. We went every morning! A lovely stay for our first time to Rome and we would absolutely return!

Our host was very accommodating. She gave us tips on how to get around Rome. She was also very responsive when we needed help on something. Place was near the subway station and it was far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

IGH is in a premier location; the facility is in a residential building giving the guest a feel and sense of "how the locals" do it. Great location, super nice & hospitable staff. It's a wonderful place to see the best of what Rome has to offer!

El alojamiento es una casa de huespedes. Un piso con varias habitaciones aisladas y baño en cada habitacion. Una cocina en comun. Esta bastante bien equipado. Un sitio bien ubicado y bien comunicado, tranquilo y rodeado de tiendas y bares. Totalmente recomendable. Repetiria sin duda. Como punto a mejorar, en 5 dias no nos cambiaron la ropa de cama. No tiene el servicio de habitaciones de un hotel... La chica fue amable, aunque todo por telefono...solo tuvimos trato personal en el momento de recogida de llaves

5 estrellas para Isabel guest house
Nos ha encantado Isabel guest house. El lugar está impecable y tiene toda la comodidad necesaria para pasar una excelente estadía en Roma. La habitación súper grande y la cama super cómoda. La cocina está 100% equipada y te proveen de lo necesario para desayunar en el lugar. Está cerca de termini y del Coliseo, y el metro está a una cuadra por si hay que ir más lejos. Se agradece a Viviana y a Rida por la atención. Seguramente será el lugar que elija para una próxima estadía en Roma.

A recepcionista é muito simpática, nos fez sentir em casa. Não recomendo comprar o café da manhã, ele não é o que eles prometem. O banheiro do quarto, estava um cheiro muito forte.

FAVOLOSO SOGGIORNO
Favoloso soggiorno. Posto pulitissimo, curato nei minimi particolari vicinissimo alla fermata della metro e del centro. Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. E cosa dire di Viviana : persona gentilissima, super disponibile e veramente simpaticissima. Abbiamo potuto fare il ceckin in anticipo senza costi aggiuntivi e lasciato i bagagli fino alla sera dell'ultimo giorno. Sicuramente da consigliare e da ritornarci!!!! Grazie Viviana alla prossima...

Heel mooi schoon guesthouse op een toplocatie. Ongeveer 1 minuut lopen naar de metro en vanaf daar was alles met enkele minuten makkelijk te bereiken. Het personeel was zeer gastvrij en vriendelijk! Ik zou Isabel Guesthouse aan iedereen aanraden en de kans is aanwezig dat ik zelf ook weer terug kom!!

Muy agradable
Todo según lo esperado. La ubicación me gustó porque está muy bien comunicado y el barrio es agradable. La habitación era muy grande y espaciosa. Nos la había. cambiado por temas organizativos suyos.Viviana es muy agradable y nos ayudó en muchas cosas. Solo pondría una pega y es que nos cambiaron las toallas...pero bueno...nos apañamos...
