Arrived at 10pm to learn my room was unavailable due to a water leak. I was told I'd be called a courtesy taxi to another nearby hostel free of charge for the night. The new hostel was far from where I needed to be and I ended up on the hook to pay for the taxi, and did not receive any response as to how I'd be reimbursed. I get that unpredictable things happen, but I really would've appreciated knowing any of this in advance so that I could have arranged a refund or alternative travel plans.

Affordable, spacious, quiet, clean and beautifully designed, I would recommend it to anyone! I am not a big fan of hostels as some people tend to be noisy and not respectful but that wasn't the case there and I slept like a baby during my 4 nights there! And the courtyard was really the cherry on the cake.

Todo bien, salgo el hecho de que la noche del viernes no nos dejaron dormir por la fiesta con Dj que tenían en el restaurant con gente no hospedada entonces muchísimo ruido, y no nos dejaron descansar hasta tarde. De ahí en fuera foso lo demás: excelente. Intalaciones de 10

El hostel es hermoso pero la verdad es que no pude disfrutar mucho sus espacios porque me la pasé afuera jajaja. No pedí desayuno así que no sé que tal estaba. Pero las áreas comunes son muy bonitas. Las habitaciones están super bien, cama comoda, ducha con agua calentita ❤.

¡EXCELENTE! Instalaciones bonitas y limpias, ¡como nuevas! Ubicación perfecta: cerca de muchas atracciones y estación de metro. Todos los que atienden son muy amables. En México este hostal pasaría como un muy buen hotel. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, ni le busques más.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at! So modern and clean! My roommates were also incredible which is probably just lucky but the value for your money is amazing. I recommend this hostel to everyone who values cleanliness, kind staff at all hours of that day (even when I asked for a towel at 4:30 in the morning) and having a hostel conveniently located a maximum 15 minute walk from every major tourist attraction in Rome! Thank you Jo&Joe Roma!
