Prima uitvalsbasis voor stadsbezoek.
We hebben een geweldige tijd gehad in Rome. De ligging is top, vooral door het openbaar vervoer. Met een metro maandkaart, kun je alle uithoeken van Rome bezichtigen, te koop bij de tabakszaak een paar deuren verder. Drie supermarkten op een steenworp afstand, en binnen 250 meter 6 verschillende buslijnen bij 4 bushaltes. De metro is 3 bushaltes verder. We zijn even naar Napels geweest, van Station Napels tot in het appartement, 2 uur en 6 minuten! O ja, ook fijn een versmarkt tegenover het gebouw, met lekker brood. Het appartement is sober ingericht (vooral de keuken), de bank mag wat vulling gebruiken. Het bed is stevig en de kussens zijn hard. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wij raden dit adres aan.

Mangelhafte Ausstattung
Bei der Buchung habe ich mich von von der Anzahl der Bilder und der Vielzahl der 5-Sternebewertungen täuschen lassen. Ungefähr die Hälfte der Bilder gehört nicht zur Wohnung. Im Nachhinein ist mir aufgefallen, dass die Bewertungen ganz überwiegend von Personen aus andern europäischen Ländern verfasst wurden. Dort sind die Ansprüche an Ferienwohnungen offenbar relativ niedrig. Sauberkeit und Lage der Wohnung verdienen die höchste Bewertung. Die Ausstattung lies allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es gab lediglich ein winziges Weinglas, sodass wir unseren Rotwein in Italien aus Wassergläser trinken mussten. Es gab auch nicht einmal eine Möglichkeit Kaffee oder Espresso zu kochen. Zum Glück nehme ich selbst nach Italien meine Espressokanne mit. Es gab nur zwei Töpfe und eine Pfanne, sodass das Kochen auch Improvisation voraussetzte. Die Verbindung zum WLAN setzte regelmäßig z.T. in Minutenintervallen aus, sodass ein Fernsehschauen mit dem Amazon Firestick sehr mühsam war. Zu der in einer Bewertung angesprochenen Garage kann ich nur sagen, dass sie uns vom Vermieter nicht gezeigt wurde und sein Englisch sprechender Sohn nicht anwesend war. So mussten wir unsere Fahrräder jeden Abend in den ersten Stock tragen. Fazit: Ein zweites Mal würde ich die Wohnung nicht mehr nicht buchen.

Good apartment, great host
This is a wonderful apartment on the outskirts of Rome, if you are looking for a clean and easy place to stay and don't mind taking the metro out of the city center, then this is a great place. Guerrino was an amazing host who contacted us plenty during the booking and check in process. He helped fix issues with the apartment and was always kind and cheerful to speak with.

Grand appartement à Rome, à 25mn du Vatican en bus et un peu moins d' 1h du centre en bus ou métro. L'appartement ne correspondait pas tout à fait aux photos, notamment le salon (canapé, tv bcp plus petite). Sinon très propre, climatisation fonctionne très bien dans la chambre et salon. Manque de fournitures de base (torchon, savon,...). Pas de place de parking privé mais pas mal de places dispos en bas de l'immeuble pour se garer gratuitement. Supermarché juste à côté. Communication facile avec l'hôte.

Some of the best features of this property were the accessibility to the Farmers Market across the street, local grocery stores nearby and public transportation within a few feet of the apartment. Guerrino and his wife were responsive to our needs and gave us great recommendations for restaurants that we loved. We would gladly return on a future date.

Wonderful stay
We enjoyed our Rome trip very much, the Appartement was quite big for us 2, we had plenty of space, the cooking place (gas) was fully working, warm water was there, a bus stop right infront of the house, but not very noisy, there were plenty of shops and a supermarket right around the place, 1 min to walk. To Rome we needed approx. half an hour with bus and metro, and we always found home with public transport. The price was very fair, we got everything in the appartement we needed, as described. The foto with the big flat screen didnt represent a room in there, but the rest of the fotos is absolutely correct. We could always go upstairs to ask for help or sth, the landlord and his wife were very friendly and lovely to us, showed us around and we felt pretty good there :) We lived a very italian way there. Would absolutely recommend this appartement, an overall totally positive experience, thank you very much for having us there, Mrs and Mr. Innocenzi!

Ottimo soggiorno per la stupenda Roma. L'appartamento è molto grande e soprattutto pulito.Non mi capitava da tanto una pulizia così approfondita.la cucina è molto accessoriata.salotto camera e anche un poggiolo per noi fumatori.dista dalla metropolitana una camminata di 10 minuti ma sotto l'appartamento si trova una fermata dell'autobus. L'appartement est conforme aux photos de l'annonce. Guerrino et sa femme sont des hôtes très agréables, facilement joignables et disponibles. Il manque juste les produits de bases (par exemple: gel douche dans la salle de bain, pâtes, riz, huile dans la cuisine etc...) pour que ce soit parfait. La supérette en bas de l'immeuble est très pratique. Je recommande pour des vacances à Rome. .

Great base for visiting the sites
A well maintained apartment with everything you need. Not exactly as expected but this seems to be a translation issue as opposed to anything else. Just a 10 minutes walk to the metro although it's an uphill trek back but the bus stops right outside the station and the apartment and your ticket covers both so don't fret as you return from a tiring day seeing the grandeur of the eternal city. Guerrino and Ioanna were lovely and welcoming and the rooms were ready to sleep in on arrival, they even booked us a table at a nearby restaurant as it was late when we got there. Overall a great value and welcoming apartment

Great location
Not very far from central Rome just a bus stop and a ride on the metro. Had some problems on my end checking in and would just recommend that you get your own details down before heading out from the airport. Host was great and helped me get to the location. He waited for me even though I was late due to cancelled flights

We enjoyed our roomy apartment and felt like we were living just like those around us. A large market across the street was a bonus, as well as the other cafes and shops. Although we could not speak the language, we were able to communicate with the owner and both he and his wife were very friendly and helpful.

Siamo appena rientrati dal viaggio fatto a Roma, dove ad accoglierci abbiamo trovato il Sig. Guerino e sua moglie. Due persone fantastiche e disponibilissimi. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. L'appartamento molto bello e ben disposto. L'auto con il parcheggio a noi riservato e al chiuso nel cortile. A poche centinaia di metri c'è la fermata della metro che con poche fermate porta al Vaticano, Piazza di Spagna ecc. Esperienza da ripetere!

Honestly, if you’re looking for the Ritz, skip over this. If you want clean, great location for facility to access the city, spacious and lovely hosts then this is the place. The bus 916 takes you right into all the main areas and passes by the metro (easy walking distance). The hosts are a nice couple who are very accessible. (Google translate unless you speak Italian or French) Grocery 2 steps away. Wonderful daily market across the street. Enjoy your stay.

Ottima l'accoglienza e la disponibiltà dell' oste presente in tutto senza essere mai invadente capace di farti sentire come a casa tua già dopo i primi 5 minuti. . La casa la abbiamo trovata molto pulita con tutto quello che può servire già disponibile, caffè compreso. La posizione ottima, con 3 fermate di bus, si arriva alla metropolitana e in 15 minuti arrivi in centro, inoltre nella zona trovi tutti i servizi essenziali come market, pizzerie e ristoranti. Consiglio questo appartamento per chi ha voglia di visitare Roma senza spendere troppo.

Optimaler Standort für Sightseeing Rome
Nach „Anlaufschwierigkeiten“ bei der Anreise (das 2. Schlafzimmer ist eine Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer) wurde es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Guerrino ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat viele Tips und Anregungen. Wir waren mit dem Auto da und konnten auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück parken. Der Bus hält direkt vor der Türe und bringt einen in 15 Minuten zur Metrostation Battistina ((Linie A) oder in 60 Minuten zur Piazza Navona. Guerrino spricht fließend französisch und sein Sohn, der auch im Haus wohnt, sehr gut englisch. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. In der Umgebung gibt es 3 Supermärkte sowie Cafebars und Restaurants. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen!

Appartamento davvero pulito, grande e luminoso.Proprietario disponibile e attento e davvero gentile!
Appartamento pulito e spazioso. Cucina dotata di tutto il necessario, c'è anche il climatizzatore. Posto a 5 min a piedi dalla stazione metro Battistini, in pochi minuti si raggiunge il centro e i punti di interesse. Proprietario attento, cordiale, davvero disponibile. A pochi metri dall'appartamento c'è sia un supermercato sia un ottimo ristorante. Ideale per soggiornare a Roma, rapporto qualità/prezzo invidiabile!!! Consiliatissimo

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Perfect location!
My wife and I stayed there for 3 weeks and felt very comfortable. This apartment is located in a perfect area that has bus lines right outside the front door and a farmers market right across the street. Just down the block is a grocery store with everything that you could need. A short bus ride takes you into town or you can ride the metro which is just down at the bottom of the Hill. The apartment has what you need except maybe a microwave. Guerrino is quick to respond to any questions or problems that may arise and lives just up stairs from where you're staying. We would certainly consider staying there again if we ever return to Rome.

Great apartment, great renter, but shady neighborhood
First, the apartment was great! It was bigger than originally thought and had everything we needed. Guerrino and MariaPia were very nice and accommodating, but spoke very little english. A nice place for 2 people. The bed was a bit hard, but worked for my sore back. The neighborhood seemed a little shady, but we never had any issues. There is a supermarket just a quick 5 min. walk. The apartment is also 3 bus stops from the metro station. From the metro it took about 20-30 min. to get to downtown Rome. Thanks Guerrino for your hospitality and for the ride from the airport!

Posto strategico e appartamento accogliente. Proprietari deliziosi.
Appartamento in zona strategica, a 4 fermate dalla metro Battistini (capolinea metro A). Spazioso e accogliente. I proprietari, Guerrino e Maria Pia, due persone deliziose, affabili e sempre disponibili. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Quand nous sommes arrivé, Guerrino nous a demandé nos cartes d'identité sinon nous n'avions pas la location ce qui est assez choquant surtout quand vous faites 16h de route!! Nous avions réservé pour l'appartement "Ameno Holidays" et nous avons eu l'appartement Ameno... Il était prévu que nous ayons 2 chambres , une salle de bain avec douche à l'italienne ce n'était pas le cas. Nous nous sommes retrouvé avec une chambre et une vieille cabine de douche noircie autour des joints. Le fer à repasser ne fonctionnait pas il faisait sauter le courant quand on mettait de l'eau dedans donc plutôt limite! Nous devions avoir un garage comme indiqué dans l'annonce, nous avons du laisser notre voiture dans une petite cour où il fallait demander la "permission" de nous ouvrir la grille ce qui est fort dérangeant lorsque l'on est en vacances. Et pour couronner le tout, nous avons du supporter les bruits des travaux (bruits de perceuse + marteau...) dans la résidence qui commençait tôt et se finissait tard. Nous n'avons pas pu nous reposer... Dommage.

Appartement soigné,fonctionnel( ouest de Rome) accessible ascenseur aux propriétaires très sympa
Grande disponibilité du propriétaire pour aide efficace afin de trouver la bonne sortie du périphérique pour accéder au logement;Indications des arrêts proches des tranports en commun(métro-bus).Appartement spacieux,agréable ,situé àproximité d'un marché pour le ravitaillement et d'une station service.Parking privé.

Hôtes très accueillants; appartement spacieux
Nous étions bien accueillis par Guerino et sa femme MariaPia. L'appartement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé, proche de l'arrêt de bus. Pour le métro, il faut marcher à peu près 20 minutes, Le bémol (à revoir), le drap et les taies d'oreiller de notre lit avaient des taches. Heureusement, nous avions ce qu'il fallait et cela ne nous empêchait pas de passer un très bon séjour à Rome.

Mi pareja y yo estuvimos dos noches en el apartamento, es limpio y cómodo, hay un metro a 10 minutos andando, y llegas al centro en un momento. La mujer y el hombre son un encanto, simpáticos y atentos. Si volvemos a Roma , contactaremos otra vez aquí. Gracias por todo . desde Barcelona.

Magnifique appartement très prope
L'appartement est grand et extrêmement propre. Les propriétaires sont adorables et très serviables. Tout le confort est présent. Transports en commun très proches. A une prochaine fois j'espère ! Merci!!!
