Grand Piano Suite
Perfekt läge vid Piazza del Popolo. Gångavstånd till det man ska se. Grand Piano Suite bodde vi i. Litet bubbelbadkar. Liten balkong mot bakgård. Tyst och lugnt. Sov otroligt bra. Obemannad reception. Men funkade bra ändå.

We were DELIGHTED with our stay and wish that we had booked more nights. The proprietor could not have been kinder. He went out of his way to help us with a transportation problem and welcomed us warmly when we arrived. The building was - to our surprise - built in the 1800's but the owner (who has fabulous taste) took 3 rooms/suites within and designed them with a modern flair. Warning: no sign on the building but don't be surprised. Wonderful area, wonderful proprietor, wonderful stay. We will be back! Michele & Steve

This location is small, only 3 suites. But makes for a fun and intimate experience we truly loved. Also only steps from Piazza Popolo which is a great landmark to make for cab pickup and drop off since they all know the Piazza. I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I loved everything about this property. It was so near the metro and shops. Everything was walking distance. We walked to all the major historical sites, everything was within a 10-25min walk. Francesco and Giacomo were so sweet. They made sure we had everything we needed. We were even able to leave our bags there early since check in wasn’t until noon and we had an early flight. Not to mention we were able to leave our bags there after check out until we got our second hotel free of charge. When we arrived they had a book with different places to eat. We tried a few out, very well recommended. We had someone clean our place daily. Room was everything I expected and more. Our flight arrived a bit later than expected, so we contacted the manager of the property and he was very gracious and accommodating to our needs. Although we arrived late, he stayed on the property to welcome us and walk us through the explanation of the amenities and procedures of the property. We were provided with recommendations of places nearby to visit, popular spots, and restaurants depending on preference. The room itself was very spacious and the decor was magnificent and true to the pictures on the site. The bathroom was clean and neat. The hotel itself is located just next to Piazza del Popolo and walking distance from the metro station. There are many restaurants and shops nearby, as well as other popular tourist locations (Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain). Very happy with this boutique hotel. Would happily recommend to others who are looking for a great location at a great price.

My wife and I rented a room at this centrally located property in Rome (steps from Piazza de Popolo. It was very spacious and clean, but the best and most important part of the stay were the people. Specifically, Francesco. Francesco was very accomodating and maintained constant communication with us days before we were expected to stay and thank goodness he did because we would've been pretty lost in Rome without his direction. He helped guide us to the train station and subway line and we got off and arrived right at the hotel which is right across the Piazza. He even made us coffee! Definitely not something you would get at a hotel. The room was also very romantic and spacious. It was worth every penny staying in one of his apartment rooms. It has a private bath and nice view toward the cobblestone alleyway. The jacuzzi was nice too. He even recommends spots (both touristy and local) that he has tried himself in a handy booklet he personally made. Great attention to detail. We would go back again because of its location and the hospitality. You can ask him anything and he is a phone call or message away while you are there. Hope this helps, Alfredo

Thank you for your review and for staying with us! We put a Toilet by the Luggage room cause we thought it could be useful for guests. And it is! It’s clean and can be used all the time until departure. Much better than Bars or Restaurants toilets :)

Location is in the heart of Rome. Francesco helped us with the ride from and to the airport for a reasonable price. He showed us all the good restaurants and kept a book of recommendations in our room to avoid tourist trap restaurant. He even ordered coffee for me to take home and showed me where to buy the best chocolate. He made our stay in Rome great and I am so thankful I booked this hotel. I am looking forward to stay here again while in Rome.

This is not a hotel so you don’t get the same fresh sheets/towels/toiletries etc. However Francesco runs a very professional operation and was also very helpful with everything Rome. He knows his stuff. The property is in a good location for walking to Vatican, Pantheon, etc. Also has very good WiFi.

About linen and toiletries our provider serves the majority of the Hotels in the area and we have the daily change policy for towels cause we think it’s a good option for our guests!

Easily Exceeded Expectations
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Maison Degli. For starters, the location was perfect for our needs. We were a short walking distance to both the Vatican as well as to most of the historical sites. There’s a subway stop literally at piazza Popolo (3 mins away) which makes it very easy to navigate from the hotel. The area is also full of good restaurants at are a stone’s throw away. The room itself was very comfortable. We both travel frequently for work and have stayed with almost every major hotel chain. The bathroom in our suite easily surpassed those found in most chain hotel rooms and the bed was equally comfortable. Probably the highlight of our stay was the owner himself. Not only was he hospitable, the insight he provided helped us set a very memorable itinerary which served us well. When we return to Rome will will try to stay here. I would recommend everyone else do the same. You won’t be disappointed!

Gentile ospite se le lenzuola fossero state realmente sporche mi sarei aspettato come di consueto che ne aveste chiesto la sostituzione. Gli accessori che ha trovato nella camera sono assolutamente in linea col prezzo pagato. È poco costruttivo lasciare una recensione anonima solo per colpire chi sta lavorando.

The picture on the site should be updated. It doesn’t reflect the real look of the room. There is a smell of smoke in the room coming from the building through the vents. Very noisy street. Air conditioning is on a timer so it is very hot in the room when it’s off. The location is excellent. Breakfast was at a resto next door very good and staff was very accommodating. Pricey for what you get. They use the location as their reasoning.

Dear Rosy. Thanks for your review. The Rooms are exactly as they were when pictures were taken. Nothing has changed. The Property is No Smoking. I've also shown you the smoke detector :). About air conditioning there is no timer but a remote controller and each room can use it at will. Problems using technology should be reported during the stay. We are always ready to help guests. We are right in the historical center and I know that noise is a subjective question. I consider this area one of the quietest compared to the others in the center. Anyway we are glad to have had you as our guests and that you found location and breakfast to your satisfaction.

Safe, Clean and Comfortable.
Maison Degli Artisti Suites is the perfect Roma location to base yourself. This is a very safe, clean, and comfortable apartment, with all the facilities required. The location is very central just 1 minutes walk to the very active palazzo del popolo, where there is never a dull moment, and plenty of cafes and restaurants. The location is only a 10 minute walk from the central shopping district of Roma, also conveniently located with a 5 minute walk to the Roma metro - Flaminio station. Francessco the host, is very friendly, helpful and available. This makes everything so much more relaxed, knowing he is there to help if you require. He was very welcoming, and helpful, I can't say enough about the service he provided.

The Maison Degli Artisti Suites is very close to Piazza del Popolo ( 1min). The rooms are clean ,spacious, good facilities. Staff - specially Francesco is very friendly. If you go by car , parking places are in front of a house paid by a parking machine or they have specially price in garage near the house. We are very satisfied in Maison Degli.

The property is in an ideal location for enjoying Rome. Francesco was extremely informative and helpful. Our Vatican/Sistine Chapel tour got cancelled, and he set us up with another tour on the day of our arrival. We would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this place. A beautiful bedroom and bathroom, and a very warm welcome from Francesco, who couldn't have been friendlier and more helpful during our stay. He had great recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants as well. The location, right by the Piazza del Popolo, was great. Easy walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain, and a pleasant walk to further attractions such as the Colosseum, Forum, and the Vatican Museum. This was easily one of the best value for the money places I've ever stayed at on vacation.

Lugar Sensacional e excelente localização.
A localização é privilegiada. Fica a 100 metros da Piazza del Popolo, a 200 metros da estação de metrô Flaminio, a 100 metros do início da Via del Corso. As instalações são novas, ou seja, foram reformadas recentemente, tendo em vista que é um prédio histórico. Apesar de ser histórico, tudo na estrutura é novo, banheiros modernos e bem decorados. As pessoas que cuidam da operação são extremamente educadas e solícitas. Francesco além de proporcionar uma estadia perfeita, ainda dá diversas dicas relevantes. Carlito é muito simpático e educado. O Café da manhã é servido fora da estrutura do B&B, fica a cinquenta metros do prédio. O lugar se chama Porto di Ripetta. O cardápio buffet é variado e bem preparado, as atendentes são muito solícitas e atenciosas, principalmente Helena. Recomendo a quem buscar localização privilegiada, custo/benefício excelente.

Maison Degli liegt super zentral. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Sehr modern und komfortabel eingerichtet lässt es keine Wünsche offen. Eine moderne Küchenzeile ist vorhanden, mit allem, was man so braucht.

Francesco & a unique suite
What really made our stay here memorable more than anything was Francesco the concierge. He was unbelievably helpful in assisting with everything from transportation questions to best places to eat. The room where we stayed and the common area were outstanding. The room itself was modern, contemporarily decorated and had an amazing bathroom. Everything within the suite was ultra clean and neat maintained by the daily cleaning service. The location was ideal as well. Being within walking distance of Piazza del Popolo, Metro station and numerous cafes was very convenient.
