Superfint!
Allt var bra! Trevlig och serviceminded personal, fint och fräscht rum, något lyhört men förutom det var allt bra. Frukosten var fantastisk! Bor gärna där igen.

Nice hotel but difficult to reach our room as we had to get out on the street to another entrance and use two lifts to our (small) room.

Lyxigt hotell nära centralstationen.
Bodde i ett deluxerum i den nyare delen av hotellet. Väldigt lyxigt rum, med balkong ut mot gatan. Tyst läge. Skön säng. Väldigt rent. Man kunde utan kostnad få frukost på rummet, vilket vi tog 2 av våra 3 nätter. Mysigt, men vi fick inte någon gång fullträff på det vi hade beställt någom gång av dessa. En morgon fick vi en kanna med varm choklad istället för kaffe, men som tur var så fanns det Nespressomaskin på rummet. Så inte hela världen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Bra läge och bra frukost!
Vi valde hotellet för läget nära tågstationen där flygbussen landar. Hotellet visade sig vara toppen med en underbar frulle i härlig miljö.

Toppenhotell i Rom
Fantastiskt trevligt och snyggt hotell! Detta är en del av Hotell Mascagni som är helt nyöppnad. Reception och frukost är samma för båda hotellen. Rummet var stort och mycket smakfullt inrett. Vi bodde i ett superior rum med fransk balkong med utsikt mot gatan. Rummen ligger på våning fyra o fem i huset intill Hotell Mascagni. Mycket fräscht och snyggt badrum. God frukostbuffé och trevlig gästvänlig personal. Vi kan varmt rekommendera hotellet!

I stayed here with family and found it to be an impressive facility. Only odd thing was that front desk was in a different building and the hotel rooms were in an adjoining building, so is to get to the room from front entrance was to take 2 separate elevators. The staff was pretty helpful and the best thing about our stay was their breakfast, it was delicious. Moreover the location of this hotel is pretty good, quite area and close (5-7 mins drive) to all the spots.

Not 4 star. The Luxury Suites are in a separate bldg, so no access to reception or the bar unless you go out and down the road. Elissa in the breakfast room was great, professional and cordial. However, during our stay the last 2 days our room was cold. We contacted reception & a porter came & reset the aircon. Didn't work. Another call. Nothing. We sent an email that night & the next morning a staff member arrived with a technician who fiddled with the controls. They left & less than a minute later I checked the aircon & it was not working. I went outside & told the female staff who had accompanied the techician it was not working. She basically shrugged her shoulders and we never saw anyone again. We thought this might have only been our room but later that day we met an Indian couple. We asked them if their room was cold and they replied it was. They said they had given up asking the hotel to fix the problem. So not just us. No one should be forced to wear heavy clothes in their room because the hotel cannot ensure the aircon is working and the room is warm.

Rarely do I leave reviews, but I had such a wonderful experience!! I arrived several hours before check in due to my flight and had a business meeting to attend to—the staff was so attentive and worked to ensure that I was able to have a room so that I could freshen up and make it to the meeting. The rooms were extremely clean, the complimentary breakfast was amazing and the service was so pleasant. I would absolutely stay again!

Internet was not working and the receptionist at the counter was very rude. They tried fixing it but could not. We asked for another room, but they were reluctant. Finally they changed our room to another building. Here also the internet was not working. After waisting almost two hours, they finally gave us a new password.

For middle of August this place wasn't bad and had AC. We picked it due to its convenience to the train station to either take a train or get to airport via train, 10/10 for accessibility to said train station, we found it an easy walk to and from the hotel. We travelled a lot on foot and didn't find the location to be bad, but maybe for some it wouldn't be as close as they'd like. Overall the room was fine, I enjoyed that we got a balcony. Did not get to try breakfast as we had an early flight.

We stayed in a 3-person room that was very well-appointed and spacious, with a separate bedroom. The hotel is one block from the Republic Metro station (the rail line on which you will find the Trevi Fountain, Plaza Espana, Plaza Navona and the Vatican) and one block from Termini rail station which makes the hotel super convenient. No business office or gym, however. And the staff could be a bit more friendly. Good breakfast is included, but otherwise no restaurant - but in Rome there is always a good restaurant close by. Would recommend this hotel.

Hôtel très calme. Grande chambre avec belle salle d'eau. Prix correct pour un quatre étoile. Accueil cordiale mais en anglais ou en italien. Petit déjeuner continental très médiocre. Le réfrigérateur de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Ils nous ont retirés les rideaux la veille de notre départ sans nous le dire et sans excuses.

Recommended!
Stayed for 3 nights. Upon arrival we were welcomed very nicely by Viktoria (spelling?). She was very helpful and offered up some good recommendations to help us out. Anytime we had any questions, we knew we could rely on the staff. Location turned out to be pretty good. It was about a 7 minute walk from Roma terminal so you can choose to just take the train system to help save some money instead of taking a taxi to/from the airport. The area felt quite safe even walking back to hotel very late in night or early am. Location it is about 10 to 15 minutes walk from most of the major tourist attractions so the great thing is that you don’t have to worry about too much congestion and people in the area yet very walkable to where you might want to go.

Amazing customer service anything i requested was done straight away. Would definitely recommend. Only thing i would say is they advertise a airport shuttle bus but they dont actually provide this service. The staff was very friendly and helpful overall had a good experience.

Great location
Very good location. Only 5min from Termini train station. And subway station Repubblica also around the corner. But hotel is quiet. I stayed at the annex. Spacious rooms ! Very courteous staff. And good breakfast buffet.

Excellent Stay
3 day trip. Hotel has a great location. Most of the museums and sites are within walking distance. Hotel is neat and clean and we got upgraded to a suite. Breakfast is awesome with a lot of options hot and cold. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re visiting Rome.
