Dear Robyn, we thank you for your feedback.We are glad that you enjoyed the location and the cleanliness.Concerning the reception office, it si not 24/7 available, but our back office is until 00:00.We are sorry for the inconvenience with the shower.We always show our guests how to reach their room or send them a map to find it. The residence only has two corridors and the majority of our guests do not have any trouble finding them. We only have one deluxe room, so as stated, the view is on the courtyard; there's no possibility of room with city view for this typology. You might have checked for other rooms typology.Regarding the courtyard, we do our best, but cannot manage all the common areas since the property is located in a building with other businesses.Thank you again and hope to welcoming you back in Rome!

Dear Gail, first of all thank you for your review about your recent stay. we are glad you loved the strategic position of our boutique hotel. we feel sorry instead that you had problems finding our door. unfortunately, for bureaucracy reasons we can't put a bigger signal. that's why we sent the "handbook" by mail with useful information about our property. last but not least, we do have a lift, the only thing guests need to do is to come over the first floor and collect the key. this is for securuty reasons, to avoid external people join our floor. anyway, we hope to host you again soon.
