Definitivt inte 4-stjärnigt.
Inget 4-stjärnigt, kändes mer som 3-stjärnigt. Visst, det var ett fint hotell med fin bar och restaurang. Men rummen var ok. Badkaret kunde ha varit renare. I hörnen på väggarna såg man svarta spår, för att det inte har blivit rengjort på länge (mögel?). Dusch-munstycket har inte heller blivit rengjort på länge. Är det slitage, ja då byter man ut den. De kom väldigt fort upp med strykjärn och strykbräda när vi ringde om det. Men att det inte fanns i rummet från början?! Fanns inte så att man kunde rengöra skorna i receptionen. Men det kanske finns olika kriterier på vad som höjer stjärnorna.

Fint hotell i lugnt område
När vi checkade in visade det sig att vårt rum var upptaget, men vi blev snabbt uppgraderade till ett "bättre" rum. Gott att komma ifrån Roms puls på eftermiddagen. Snabbt med bussen.

Hotellet var över lag fint, men saknade det där lilla extra för att förtjäna sin fjärde stjärna. Vi var tre som skulle sova i samma rum och när vi kom dit så hade de inte bäddat den tredje sängen och det tog flera timmar innan filt och lakan äntligen kom upp till rummet. Då hade vi sagt till tre gånger. Maten var god och servicen bra i restaurangen. Lite rörigt i receptionen, då de var dåliga på engelska och inte riktigt visste vilka papper kunden skulle ha och inte. Området är en katastrof och speglar inte Rom på ett positivt sätt. Ej ett bra familjehotell, men för konferenser och affärsresa är det ok.

Although it is not far from the city center, public transport would not help if you are short of time. Bus-stop is about 5 minutes walk but you may have to wait 20-30 minutes for the bus (There is no schedule posted.) and a trip to near city center takes about 45 minutes! I found it quicker if one takes Metro. But it takes not less than 20 minuted walk to the metro station called Basilica San Paolo, and metro takes about 15 minutes to get to the central station called Termini. I did not get much useful information from the hotel service desk about transport. Impression I got made me uncomfortable to ask for information. They are too busy to be friendly. Breakfast is average not much variety. It is a shame that in a country with hundreds of different sorts of cheese, you only get four kinds of usual household sorts! The room has a comfortable bed, nice and clean bathroom with clean towels. Widescreen tv set gets many different channels in Italian, English, Russian, Chinese and Spanish. Since the hotel is near Ciampino airport (Look up in the map!) , it is worth and advisable to take a taxi from and to the airport. Otherwise you have to spend at least two hours by airport shuttle to Termini and then by bus No. 714 to the bus-stop Colombo-Rufino about 20 minutes walk to the hotel. The hotel offers private taxi from the hotel to the Ciampino airport at 45 Euros. But I don't know if you can get the same from the airport to the hotel. Call them.

4 Star hotel located 2 km away from nearest subway station. Buss station nearby, however unreliable timetable, waited 70 minutes for a buss and then gave up. No swimming facilities at the hotel, however staff nice and friiendly. Also good restaurant with reasonable prices.

Fantastiskt fint hotell
Vi har varit i Rom ett par gånger nu och bott på olika hotell. Detta är det absolut finaste hitills. Nytt, modernt och väldigt fräscht. Rummen är rymliga och fräscha. Det har skrivits en del om glasdörrarna på toaletten. Men det är inga bekymmer om man åker med familjen. Det enda vi har att anmärka på är avståndet in till centrala delarna av Rom. Det är ganska långt om man inte tycker om att gå långt. Men att vandra upp till Pyramides Metrostation tar inte mer än 20-30 min så det är inga större bekymmer. I övrigt var personalen fantastiskt trevliga och serviceinriktade, frukostbuffen hade det man kan önska sig inför en lång dag i stan. Vi är mycket nöjda.

Bra internationellt hotell med kanonfint rum och fantastisk frukost. Enda nackdelen var avståndet till Roms centrum, med buss 714 ca 20 min.

The hotel is located in a busy through way. The neighborhood is walkable during the day, but areas to the east were questionable for walking at night. The city bus was about a 400 meter walk up the street. The coliseum was about 30 minutes by bus. There were some good restaurants on the area, but most operate on Italian dinner hours. This is not a bad thing, you just have to be aware of it.

Staff very friendly, limited English , parking cost 12 euro a day , you can parking right out side and save the money if you do park down under the hotel lighting is limited and be carful when entering the entrance steep slope , also when trying to get the parking ticket out of the machine very awkward position home however the elevator 2 entrances away . The hotel needs a face cleaning the outside is dim and looks dirty . The hotel is next to an abandoned building that is being worked on not very attractive, We had a min suite it was great however the air condition was not working that well. The heat was good if you needed it. As for the room it was huge one of the biggest rooms I ever stayed in and we were there for 11 days , the shower is very uncomfortable getting in and out there is a tub you must climb into and very slippery and very tight . The glass doors do not close all the way and the floor gets soaked . As for the TV all stations are in Italian and there’s no way to change it no matter what you do and that’s awesome Per staff. The only channel in English was the BBC channel. As for the frig it is a min and there is no microwave. They give you 2 espresso coffees you make . For a min suite you would think they would have dressers . You only have 2 night table with 2 little drawers. There is a place to hang your clothes near the bathroom and 3 min drawers . Daily cleaning I done . Btw the bed was Two twins together making a king size bed, and it was comforta

The hotel looks nice from the outside, the service is nice, the rooms need renovation, the wallpaper in the rooms is peeling, the bathrooms are moldy, dirty, my daughter was probably bitten by bedbugs. The check-in was poor. The staff lied and lied and lied. This booking was an extension to a 12-night stay we already had. I requested a late checkout to the existing room on 2nd October, which was agreed to be 13:00. Then, I requested an early check-in for this booking; I was told we could check in at 11:00. I check this twice, once on Sunday (1st) evening and then once on Monday morning (2nd) at 07:00 with Chiara at the front desk. However, we were thrown out of the existing room at 10:00, with no one admitting we'd been told we could have a late checkout. The front desk refused to honour the agreement we'd made to have a 13:00 checkout. Then, we were not allowed the early check-in to the new room we had requested and had that your staff (Chiara) agreed to. We entered the room at 14:20, after the standard check-in time. This is an appallingly lousy level of customer service; promising and agreeing to our requests and then refusing to honour them is unacceptable. Aside from that, the rooms were never cleaned to a good standard for the rating of the hotel. I could regularly sweep dust off surfaces.

On August 28 we woke up and could not sleep since 3am due to hotel Alarm Mal function on 5th floor where we stayed and we informed the hotel, but it was not fixed until we checked out on August 29, 2023 and no idea if they fixed after we left.

Location is about 20-25 minutes from Rome City Center, taxi is about $20 to go and $30 to come back however also easy with public transportation (which takes you longer approximately 35min) Our room, which was a superior deluxe room, has loose carpet with bubbles under them and looked horrible and wasn’t very clean. Dust on the tv, the remote hasn’t been cleaned/sanitized properly, bathroom has traces of soap on the tub. Balcony was very dirty. The staff was friendly, however when I called reception to ask for an iron and iron board, I had to call 3 times since they took an hour and a half to get it to us, which is time we could’ve spend in Rome instead of waiting in our hotel room. We weren’t able to enjoy or try their breakfast since it’s only until 10AM. We did enjoy complimentary water and the late checkout. All by all not the worse, but certainly just average.

O hotel é bom apesar do ar condicionado não funcionar muito bem. Único ponto negativo é que fica bem fora de mão e longe do centro de Roma. Os ônibus na cidade são muito demorados e não aceitam pagamento dentro do ônibus, somente comprando em lojas específicas (se você chegar em um sábado à tarde ou domingo, fica difícil comprar perto do hotel e você precisará utilizar táxi ou Uber para chegar ao centro da cidade).
