Spa och resort i november
Rent och fint i sviten. Saknade bord och dricksglas, även dricksvatten mtp att det är ett spa-hotell. Frukostboxen på morgonen var hemsk med engångsförpackningar med kakor och dyl jämfört med frukosten på restaurangen. Spa-upplevelsen var underbar men det fanns 2 olika bastu som ej var igång, jättetrist i novemberkylan.

Slitet ej prisvärt och inte 5-stjärnigt!
Slitet wannabe-hotell, definitivt inte 5-stjärnigt! Gammalt o slitet, snobbig och arrogant personal, baren var stängd pga Covid-19, men spa var öppet med otroligt mycket folk på liten yta! Helt sjukt tänkt av hotell och spa! Kan inte rekommendera detta till någon, svindyrt o detas shuttle service för 6 euro hade de inte heller så vi var tvungna att ta en taxi för 25 euro!

Besvikelse för 5-stjärnigt hotell
Vi valde att bo här som sista natt på får bröllopsresa innan hemresa från Fumicino flygplats. Men vistelsen blev en besvikelse. Vi trodde vi hade bokat ett fint 5-stjärnigt hotell men de levde inte upp till förväntningarna. För det första gick det inte att köra fram bilen hela vägen till receptionen. Vi fick knappt en parkering och fick släpa alla resväskor ca 800m från parkeringen till receptionen själva. I receptionen var de orimligt långsamma och berättade inte om utbudet på hotellet. Tex att det var happy hour i spat. Rummet ar litet och golvet väldigt slitet. Spat utomhus var fullt med folk och knappt en ledig stol. På kvällen valde vi att äta på hotellets restaurang där maten var sissodär. Servitörerna långsamma och häll på att ta fel beställning för att de inte hörde vad vi sa. Dessutom var layouten på hotellet väldigt märkligt. När vi satt i restaurangen och åt middag gick folk i badrock förbi och barnfamiljer genom borden på restaurangen för att komma fram till sina hotellrum. Helt klart en besvikelse och hit kommer vi inte att komma tillbaka igen. Det enda som var bra var att det var nära till flygplatsen.

En övernattning
Det var smågrus på uppfart till receptionen vilket gör att hjulen på resväskan slutade fungera. Rörigt välkomnande, ingen ordning, för många personer i receptionen. De tog 200Euro från kontot fast vi hade förbetalt hela beloppet för rummet. Frukosten var inte så bra. Tomt i baconpannan o äggröra som var gjord från pulver så den var vattnig. Maten var dyr o pannacottan smakade inte något alls bara en sliskig konsistens. Tofflor för små Italienskor o där kom jag med mina 40or. Rummen var väldigt slitna. INTE ett 5-stjärniga hotell i våran smak👎😕

Fantastisk upplevelse
Vilken härlig upplevelse att kunna promenera från det rena fina rummet i badrock direkt till en hel spa anläggning och kunna välja mellan oändligt många olika mysiga aktiviteter allt efter kroppens behov av värme, kyla, ljus och tystnad.

QC Terme is a gem just a short drive from the Rome international Airport. (Taxi ride should not cost more than EUR 15,-, there is also a shuttle but needs to be booked in advance - day before!) We had an amazing stay... the hotel is under some construction in the parking area, so there is a short walk, be aware to wear good shoes and there is uneven surface. Taxi can not go all the way to the front door (nov 2018). BUT when reading a small note in the room, they offered a free 25 min massage to both of us for this inconvenience! Lovely!! The indoor sauna area is huge and can be enjoyed on a rainy or very cold day. Otherwise, explore the amazing park with all it's sitting areas and various pools! We had a room in the restaurant building, lots of caracter and very cosy. Even small terass. Tiled floors, but free slippers!! And cozy ones! Breakfast is to die for... take your time to enjoy. Both the atmosphere and the offering. I would go back for just that.. Loved it all, dreaming of returning already.. ps) the bed... could be better.. very squeeky and not so comfy.. other than that - amazing is the only word!

Serenity!
This place was a pleasant surprice. It was a secluded old Italian farm renovated to perfection with rea serenity. We loved it and will visit this place every time we fly out of Rome.

Morning Spa!
Perfect to stay here before departure from Rome! The spa was fresh and very nicely planned. I recommend to be the first ones in the morning straight after the nice breakfast as you will be pretty much alone in comparison to how crowded it is during the afternoon. The restaurant is highly recommended with a well organized wine list.

Incredible property in terms of amenities and the buildings etc. the spa is huge and the massages very good. The hotel should make it clearer to book in advance and the spa voucher really is just access to the spa not any treatments. Perhaps a language barrier because it wasn't made super clear what you can or cannot do. Overall amazing to have a spa within 10 minutes of the airport. I would recommend a taxi to the airport compared to the shuttle. Taxi is €24 compared to €14 and you get a bmw/Mercedes at the exact time you want with no wait. The wait for the shuttle when you arrive at the airport is a bit hit and miss. Way shorter than the taxi line but it's not obvious what to do. Be better if you could just give the hotel your flight number and the shuttle arrives 15 mins after it arrives or a timetable

Relaxing area, however you are subject to the fees and rules. They have restaurants but expensive. The happy hour you have to wear a robe. There are no bathrooms close to the pool and hot tube so I had a hard time enjoying them since I didn't see people getting out. The massage was good, loved the indoor spa area. The staff was good.

The property it self is beautiful and staff is nice. Was our last night in Italy and spa sounded good but we were wrong everything was crowded with people not even staying at the hotel so couldn’t get into any of the pools. O would avoid this place not worth the money

It was a beautiful property but had a bunch of weird rules and felt very culty bc you literally were not allowed to walk around in most areas unless you were wearing one of their bathrobes and uncomfortable as hell flip flops. Plus I was pissed bc the restaurant is very pricey, I ordered a steak. The plate was sliced steak with one cooked celery. After trying the steak I spit it in my napkin and couldn’t eat anymore. The waiter finally came to take my plate and I let him know that the plate was basically untouched because I didn’t like it. He said ok and still charged me for it. We had to end up ordering food from Just Eat because we were starving after paying 88€ 😠 Also we didn’t stay for the 28€ pp buffet lunch because it creeped us out that we were the only ones in the entire room wearing regular clothes. Other than that, the property truly is beautiful! Just wear the bathrobe and you’ll be fine!

Great property, but kind of out of the way. It costs almost 30 Euros to get there from the airport, and it's only a few miles from a shopping mall (WoW) in Parco Leonardo. Getting a taxi from the hotel and airport was awesome, but getting one from Parco Leonardo to the hotel was almost impossible. When we called the hotel, they did not seem to want to help us get there to check-in.
