Missledd
Visserligen är det frågan opm ett Rezidens och inte ett riktigt hotell. Således utan reception etc. Men vi fick ett krypin som alls inte liknade vad som framgår av beskrivningen - till fullt pris! Hade det inte varit svårt att få tag i hotell i Rom hade vi vägrat att flytta in. personalen var OK - de kunde inget göra.

I was a guest with my wife on the 16th of May at that residence and we had a pretty bad experience, first no wifi and when I advised the people at the front desk, no one seemed to care, then we learn that there is no shuttle service to the airport as mentioned on their website. (From their website: OTHER SERVICES We endeavour to provide you with excellent customer service normally associated with large hotels but with an added personal touch, and so we offer guests: • Ticket booking services e.g. theatres, opera, restaurants, museums, galleries and guided tours - Airport shuttle service and shuttle services generally (tor a small tee A Room service) And then at midnight, the cherry on top, there was an alarm that started in our room and I couldn’t stop it, not knowing if it was for a fire ? An emergency? I went at the reception the desk but nobody was there, only a phone number that I have tried to reach but got no answer…after an hour and a half of listening to that alarm, I took off the electric panel and shut off the breaker so only then that the alarm would stop but this meant we had no more lights. This is highly unacceptable and I will make a formal complaint to Expedia. I will be expecting a quick response from them (but nothing yet and it’s been over 4 hours) and I need more than an apology.

Very overpriced
It’s fine, but is very overpriced for what you get. The place is cheaply done, leaky shower head/ stall, not very clean blankets, basically what you would expect for $30/ night rather than $150. We had a place booked for $50/ night and they cancelled last second on us, so we had to scramble to find something and this was all we could get. Maybe it’s cheaper farther in advance and then it would be ok. Also, when checking in the woman demanded 30 euros cash in tax even though the tax was paid already. I watched her put it in her own wallet.

Dear madam, the amount of tourist taxes is not included in the room price and is clearly specified on Expedia. Furthermore, if we asked for the fee in cash it is only because our POS was not online that day. I don't know who saw with the wallet open, but it certainly couldn't have been us!

Property was in a convenient location. The rooms were very clean but REALLY small. Much smaller then they appear in the photos. Reception was open limited hours which made it inconvenient to check or to get any assistance regarding the area.

This is not a hotel, B & B, or apartment but something in between. My family of 4 booked 2 rooms. Both rooms were hot when we arrived & 1 required AC repair to turn it on. After turning the AC on, both leaked & required bath towels to soak up the water. Even w/ the towels, the water ran across the room. They shut off the AC while we were out in 100 degree F. My daughters came back to broken tiles and pliers left on the floor. No amnesties. Rooms not as pictured. Very small. No where to put luggage. Small showers with no water pressure.

Découverte de Rome
3 nuits dans cet hôtel pour découvrir Rome. Hôtel propre et très bien situé avec de nombreux bars et restaurants à proximité. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les conseils du réceptionniste et sa disponibilité.

I would not stay here again!
It was not a Hotel just rooms scattered throughout a huge apartment complex. Badly decorated. Furniture falling aprart. Bedding not great. There was a kitchen public space with a refridgerater that was all. No microwave. Barely silverware, dishes, glasses. There were dogs barking, and a crazy man yelling. Ashame for all who lived there. We could not wait to get out of that place.

Great value
This was a great little find in trestevere! Clean room, close to restaurants and a 30 minute walk to the Vatican. Complimentary breakfast was an added plus. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and have us a map.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and aimed to please us. The room was clean, well maintained, comfortable and affordable.. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The property was conveniently located to mass transit, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our 7 night stay and recommend it.

Wir haben in einem Nebenhaus gewohnt mit einem hübschen Innenhof, es hatte lediglich drei Pensionszimmer was die Lärmbelastung durch andere Gäste stark reduzierte. Das Zimmer war in einem relativ sauber und in guten Zustand. Es hatte das nötigste, wir brauchten jedoch auch nicht mehr für unseren Städtetrip da wir fast nur im Zimmer waren um zu schlafen. Die Lage war sehr gut, die Umgebung ruhig und in Laufnähe gab es diverse Restaurants und Bars. Für eine Kurzurlaub bei welchem man nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringt würde ich die Residenz Belli weiterempfehlen.

This place was pretty gross. My husband and I are low-key and maintenance people, hence why we stayed at a spot like Res Belli instead of another. This hotel, however, was a head-shaking disappointment. The bathroom facilities (esp. shower) smelled like old piss, which made the whole room smell sour and repugnant. The floors were also sticky, and the air conditioning unit hardly worked. The only positive about this place was that we did not get bitten by mosquitoes while sleeping with the window open and the noise level was low. I would strongly suggest anyone considering a stay here to pay a little extra for a nicer place.

Friendly staff members. Nice breakfast and very pleasant girl (never got her name) but made all the difference with her smile and friendliness. Also the young gentleman that check me in was very professional and knowledgeable about the area. Great staff!

Simplesmente o pior lugar que fiquei. Chuveiro geladissimo, quarto quente, banheiro fedido e parecia um cativeiro. O hotel não reflete as fotos apresentadas. Fiquei uma noite e tive que buscar outro hotel. perdi 5 dias, pois não quiseram me reembolsar. Gostaria de saber a possibilidade de reembolso das diárias não utilizadas. Gastei uma nota em outro hotel.

First of all, when we got there he told us they had plumbing problems. So he was going to put us in one room for the first night and move us to a different building for the second night. The first room was okay, very small shower & bathroom but the room was decently spacious. The next morning, they had us waiting for hours to move to the next room. We had to haul our bags down the cobble stone street and up stairs!! The lock was janky and took 10 minute to open. Oh and the bathroom had BLACK MOLD!!! And the bathroom flooded after a 2 minute shower rinse off. Not inhabitable! Sending pictures to Expedia

J'ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hôtel parfaitement situé dans Rome pour accéder à pied aux monuments importants avec un peu de marche. Le seul bémol, une faible isolation qui n'a heurement en rien nuit au confort de la chambre
