Great location, great service!
Our party of 6 (adult) friends had a fantastic long weekend staying in this apartment. Paolos service exceeded our expectations. The apartment was great location nearby Coloseum and it was easy for us to go around and experience the fantastic Rome.

Convenient location and helpful/informative host
Our family of 5 stayed here for 4 nights near the Christmas holidays. Paolo was very helpful booking us a car from the airport and checking us into the apartment. We especially enjoyed his recommendations for gelato and restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment is a short (5-10 minute) walk up a one way street from the Colosseum and has has several cafes, shops, and restaurants close by. The apartment itself is on the 2nd floor of a quiet building. Overall we found the apartment met our needs as most of our time was spent sightseeing in the city. A few things to note: 1 shower is small and oriented such that you must use the handheld shower wand - otherwise water will spill out onto the floor, which could be challenging for larger or less mobile people. The common living area is also the combined kitchen, dining area, and living/tv room which has seating either at the dining table or on the couch. Finally, the street out front can get somewhat congested during commuting hours, especially the afternoon, so you should plan ahead for ordering taxis or rideshares.

Very Nice Apartment and Location
This apartment is right near the Colosseum and a large assortment of shops and restaurants. The host was extremely helpful with recommendations and help finding transportation for our party of 8. Air conditioning and washer/dryer are a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Excellent Location
We only had a day to explore Rome, so focused on the Forum and Colosseum. This apartment was easy walking distance to the Colosseum. In fact we could see it 3 blocks down at the end of our street. Added benefits were the gelato shops, 2 small grocery stores, and excellent restaurants along the way. Parking was a little bit of an issue, but our host met us with helpful tips on how to handle it. Using our GPS, we found driving in and out of the center to be fairly easy. This is a great and quiet place for a family to stay in the tourist center of Rome.

Great Location
Spacious apartment. There were only 3 of us but the 3 bedrooms were really spacious and would accomodate at least 6 people plus more on folding beds. However for the larger number of people, the living area/kitchen would be too small - perfect for the 3 of us though. Excellent location within a few minutes walk of the Colosseum and a number of excellent restaurants. Great place for a weekend break and Paolo was very helpful.

Fantastic location
This property is in a fantastic location with the colosseum in view outside the front door. Lots of really great restaurants that are reasonably priced. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance or there is always public transport which was easy to navigate. Paolo is a great host from start to finish. He organised taxi to pick us up and go back to the airport. He gave us lots of local knowledge of where places were. From start to finish he made it so smooth and easy for our stay. Thank you Paolo we love Roma

Amazing location for Rome Vacation!
My 2 children, parents, husband and I stayed at Paolo’s property during our stay in Rome. Before our arrival, Paolo emailed me a list of suggested restaurants, markets, advice on how to get around and even tips for site seeing. We visited many of the restaurants he suggested which were not only in close proximity to our apartment, but were absolutely amazing! The apartment itself is in the absolute best location! From the front door, you can see the Colosseum! There are many restaurants, shops, Gelaterie, and bars within walking distance. The apartment has 3 great sized bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, all the amenities of home, and was quite comfortable for 4 adults, a teenager, and a child. It was clean, cool, and the washer/dryer was an added bonus! If traveling to Rome again, I would absolutely stay here again! 10/10!

Charming Rome Apartment for Extended Stay
The property is ideally situated on a quiet street that is close to the Colosseum and two Metro stops. The property provided ample privacy for my parents and my family of five. The property manager provided excellent dining recommendations and even made dinner reservations on our behalf. Really this experience cannot be topped. Highly recommended for families and friend groups visiting Rome.

Don’t hesitate to book this property!! Paolo was absolutely fantastic! He communicated all we needed to know before arrival. He even helped us secure transportation from the cruise port to the apartment and then to the train station when we left. He even stored our luggage the last day! There is NO way we could have done it without him! Apartment is clean and spacious. Everything you could need is provided. We were so impressed! They went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable and easy!!

Great place, great trip
Paolo is wonderful and helpful. The check-in process is very hands on, but went smoothly. We were short one bed that we expected, and with a big family that was an issue. Also, the washer/dryer wasn’t spinning properly. However, Paolo tried to get it fixed for us and offered to let us use his personal machine. Very helpful! Great location. Near everything. Definitely take advantage of Paolo’s recommendations. Every one we tried was great.

Great property, perfectly located
We recently stayed in this apartment during our visit to Rome. Paolo was fantastic even before we arrived and arranged airport pick up for us, making getting to the apartment a breeze after our long overnight flight from Canada. The location of this apartment is exceptional with the Roman Colosseum at the end of the street. You can see it as soon as you step out the front door. Shops, restaurants and grocery are all nearby. A kiosk for hop on/hop off bus tours is at the end of the street also. We were traveling with our two teenage sons and we all appreciated having our own rooms, two bathrooms and a clean, comfortable place to relax after busy days of touring all of the amazing sights Rome has to offer. Paolo met us as we arrived and he showed us a ‘key attractions’ map and gave many suggestions beyond things we already had planned. We thoroughly enjoyed everything this apartment had to offer and Paolo’s helpfulness was an added bonus.

Great Location
We stayed for 3 nights in this apartment. The location is amazing and Paolo was always available to answer questions. He was able to coordinate a ride from the airport to the apartment to make the trip with 5 adults and luggage easier. The apartment had everything we needed and it is conveniently located. You step out the front door and you have a partial view of the Colosseum. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean Property with great location
We were very pleased with this property. The location was within walking distance of both Metro systems. Clean and quiet nothing fancy but perfect for what we needed. We really enjoyed having a washing machine/dryer for our laundry. There were 6 of us staying and had plenty of room. Contact met verhuurder zeer goed. We kregen goede tips voor restaurants. Bed in grote slaapkamer erg hard, andere bedden prima. Veel lawaai 's nachts,maar te doen. Eettafel afgebladderd en deurtje vaatwasser eraf. Mooie badkamers met heerlijke douche. Ligging is perfect.

OTTIMA LOCATION
L'appartamento è ottimo anche per due famiglie (come nel nostro caso). Locali con tutto il necessario e ottima pulizia. La posizione è ideale per visitare la città, sia spostandosi direttamente a piedi che con i mezzi. Paolo è stato sin da prima di arrivare molto disponibile e anche arrivati per il check-in ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno. Consigliatissimo.

This Vacation Rental is the best choice when travelling with big groups in Rome. It's spacious - sleeps comfortably 8 people - and modern and most of all close to everything. It's conveniently located in a street that literally connects 2 main landmarks as the Colusseum and San Giovanni in Laterano and has plenty of restaurants and cafes for your nightlife. The property manager was courteous and very accommodating, we had a sick kid and he lent us a stroller and even let us check-out late with no additional cost. We'll be back and will certainly suggest to our friends and family.

Excellent séjour
L'appartement est conforme à la description. Il est très bien équipé et très propre. Paolo avait très bien organisé notre arrivée et notre départ grâce à la navette. Nous avons également pu lui confier nos bagages le dernier jour avant le départ à l'aéroport. Très bon emplacement qui permet de tout visiter à pied (à part le Vatican qui est plus éloigné)

Wonderful Rome Visit
The property was wonderful. Great location to Metro stations (both lines), restaurants, colloseum is down the street, we did not have 1 negative in regards to this rental. Paolo was wonderful. He helped us set up transport from the airport, which was the best, he gave us suggestions for local cuisine and directions, and tips about the area, she was a wonderful host. If we go back to Rome we will definitely be calling Paolo. He owns and manages other properties as well which is wonderful to know. I can't thank you enough Paolo for all your help.
