The bathroom, simple yet functional, is designed to ensure everything you need for a pleasant stay.

The real gem of this home is the large private garden, where you can enjoy the tranquility and greenery, perhaps sipping a coffee in the morning or an aperitif at sunset after a day of discoveries.

To reach the apartment, there is a flight of stairs with no elevator.

Guests will have exclusive use of the entire apartment.

The keys to the building entrance and apartment door will be provided and must be returned at checkout.

There are no specific hours for entering or leaving the apartment, just the basic rules of living in a condominium!

The apartment will be available from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival.

Early check-in is possible if needed and availability can be confirmed.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is an additional charge of 20 euros.

For arrivals after midnight, an additional charge of 50 euros applies.

The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking.

There are no specific hours for entering or leaving the property.

Guests will be provided with the keys (building and apartment doors) and must return them at check-out.

In case of loss and/or damage to the keys, guests will be required to cover the cost of replacement.

It is not permitted to bring unregistered guests into the apartment.

Under no circumstances is it allowed to accommodate more people than the number specified in the reservation.

Please remember to turn off the lights in the rooms, air conditioning, fans, and other devices when not in use. Thank you!
