Ett mycket bra boende!
Perfekt boende om man är lite flera. Vi var 6 personer och allt som vi önskade fanns att tillgå. Snabb kommunikation via boendets egna app om något skulle få snett! Om det är något att anmärka på är det att det är en bit att gå in till centrum där alla sevärdheter finns, ca 40/50 minuter till Colosseum och Trevifontänen exempelvis. Något hårda sängar.

Doubtful value for money. Not meeting it's 4-star level. Needed an escalation to get rooms cleaned, freed from mild, ants still all around in the bathroom...basic concept is good, lack of professional and thoughtful realisation.

The apartment was extremely spacious and I loved staying in San Lorenzo and having the conveniences of a nearby grocery store, the young environment, and cheaper food after long touristy days in Rome. We had some technical difficulties with the apartment but the staff was always quick to help out. Overall I’d recommend it!

Like: Clean room, spacious and good beds. Clean bathroom, and nice shower. Dishwasher and Microwave, both clean and works. Great fridge too, and dishes were all clean. Do not like: Room A shares a wall with the main street on the ground floor. Why is this an issue? Because the street is a tram line, and the tram runs just a little footpath from your bedroom wall - the whole floor and the bed vibrates through the night every time a tram runs! It is noisy - the tram stop is right our the door. Plus the entrance to the hotel is through a large, heavy iron door, which bangs shut on the bedroom wall every time a guest enters. It's loud, and very difficult to sleep. We asked for coffee pods when we checked in - did not get it for 4 days. Would have been a great stay if not for the fact that sleeping was hard (and I live in a city, so used to noise!!)

Apartment was very nice, very clean upon arrival. Staff communications were friendly, and quick through the WhatsApp messenger. I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for somewhere to stay that just feels nice to arrive back to after a day out in Rome. It’s also just a 20 min walk from the train station and from there you can start to explore Rome.

Absolutely loved this studio apartment. Super clean, bright and modernnice shampoo, conditioner etc and decent towels. Perfectly located for San Lorenzo but close enough to Termini too. As a single female there I felt perfectly safe and slept very well. Internet worked perfectly as did all the remote check in - my new go to place in Rome.

Zimmer sind sauber und gross. Ausstattung sehr gut Gute Lage, Busshaltestelle vor Eingang. Gute Parkmoeglichkeit in der Garage. Ich habe bis zur Anreise keine Zusage fuer Parkplatz bekommen, war unsicher und in Sorge. In der Naehe gibt es eineParkgarage. Bad: Keine Schraenke fuer Ablage oder zum Aufhaengen der Tuecher sonst alles gut.

L’appartamento e molto bello, nuovo pulito e ordinato e tutto funziona alla perfezione. C’è tutto quello che serve ed è ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Ci sono due punti di miglioramento: il primo riguarda l’illuminazione in modo particolare della cucina che è veramente scarsa (risulta difficile preparare i cibi e cenare. il secondo aspetto negativo e forse il più importante è la rumorosità dell’appartamento in modo particolare della camera. Quest’ultima affaccia direttamente sulla strada con tram e automobili che passano a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. Se si ha il sonno non proprio pesante si rischia di passare tutta la notte in bianco.

It was a very good place to stay. Quiet, very independent, lot of light, good air condition and hot water. Just a little far from the metro. You can Walt and take buses instead.

El apartamento estaba completo. Los amenities como todo lo necesario para cocinar (pava electrica, tostadora, cafetera), un lavarropas y secarropas (dejaban jabon para el lavarropas) tabla de planchar, lavavajillas (dejaban jabon para lavar), etc. Muy completo en el pequeño espacio. La atención de Sonder fue muy buena. Necesite pedir dejar las valijas antes del horario check in y me lo permitieron y en otra ocasión pedi papel para el baño y también me lo hicieron llegar. La señorita que me atendio por WhatsApp fue muy rápida en su respuesta y siempre con la mejor predisposición para ayudar.

Nice little apartment to stay in and easy to contact hosts. Very modern set up with you having to open the doors with your phone. However location is a big issue as it is very far away from central Rome if you walk. There are tram stops directly outside but they aren’t pleasant and the area seems a little unsafe in which the hotel is based.

This was a great stay. I liked the roomy and comfortable unit which was and smelled really fresh and new. The apartment was really quiet although being at the doorstep of one of the nicest and vibe richest parts of town. And still a short walk from Rome’s main train station. Great value for money too.

The apartment was in a very nice area near the main train station and lots of restaurants around. The place itself was extremely clean and brand new. There are still some teething issues that they are addressing, like the washing machine was only put in on the second to last day we were there, a man was banging about putting up door signs. The big issue for us was that we said there would be three people staying and we expected the sofa bed to be made up which it was not. There was no instructions on how to pull the bed out and there was no bedding available either. My daughter had to sleep on the sofa with some blankets I found and a pillow off the bed upstairs. Maybe they could do an instruction manual in the future. We would stay again though.

Appartamento di nuova realizzazione con locali ben arredati e dotato di tutti i comfort. Dal bollitore con le tisane al tostapane. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo e bagno molto bello. Abbiamo trovato tutto pulito e curato. Da non trascurare la posizione di questo appartamento. Di fronte all’ingresso, c’è una fermata del tram che collega in pochi minuti il centro di Roma. Questo è davvero una cosa molto importante. Ringrazio Marzia Spadaro per averci consigliato questa location che ci ha permesso di passare una bella vacanza. Ci tornerò volentieri e sicuramente lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici.
