Thank you very much for taking your time to write your review. We take advantage of what you pointed out just to better define the organization of touristy attractions in Rome. The Old Town of Rome is spread out, and the main sites (S. Peter, Coliseum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps) are quite far each other, but well connected with the subway. Suite Oriani is in the Villa Borghese area, very well connected by walk to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, as well as Galleria and Museo Borghese. Being here means that Coliseum is "far" 8 subway stops, but at the same time being in the Coliseum area means to be quite far from S. Peter (10 subway stops)! And lodging in S. Peter area means to be far from Coliseum and Spanish Steps and Villa Borghese. Let's say that we "cover" a specific touristy zone of Rome, one of the most exlusive and elegant (Villa Borghese, Spanish Steps and Trevi fountain) and plenty of great italian restaurants, but we are just 200 meters away from a subway station! We would like to reassure our future Guests that Suite Oriani is in the center of Rome but not in the Old Town inside the ancient walls. Metro stop is far away 250meters (750feet), so only a 3 minutes walking brings you there. The advantage of been in an upscale and residential district of Rome is easy to find: the Eternal City is very touristy, and every corner of the Old Town is plenty of bars, pubs, b&b, souvenir shops, peddler and so on. The only way to make a genuine and real experience of Rome, to live the city like romans do, is not to be in the very central area, and our beutiful, peaceful, greenery and clean district can definitely be an excellent candidate. Merci pour votre commentaire, que même si cela ne nous récompense pas en particulier, cela nous donne l'opportunité de mettre en avant certaines fonctionnalités de notre service. La villa dans laquelle se trouve la Suite Oriani, qui est un bed & breakfast, dispose d'un beau jardin où vous pourrez prendre le petit déjeuner et vous détendre après une journée de visites à Rome. Nous avons mentionné cette possibilité à notre invité, mais il voulait à tout prix aller à la terrasse, qui ne nous appartient pas. De plus, s'il est vrai que nous nous sommes rencontrés lors de l'enregistrement, il est vrai que Michel était assisté tous les jours par notre équipe. Selon nos clients l'eau dans la salle de bain n'était pas chaude: chaque fois que nous allions vérifier l'eau dans la salle de bain de sa chambre nous l'avons trouvé chaud ... Mais de toute façon pour calmer les plaintes quotidiennes de Michel nous lui avons fait une grosse remise: tout le minibar et toute la taxe de séjour, mais il a oublié d'écrire!
