Ok hotel for budget travel
Stayed at the second floor, room was good quite big and clean. Bed was very hard for my taste. You could also hear people in corridor and from the adjacent rooms very well and lot of noise from outside, even though the hotel is located on a pretty quite street. Good: The staff was very friendly and helpful. Big room Clean room Negative: Beds really hard The Noise

Bra enkelt hotell mitt i rom. Nära till sevärdheter, mataffär nära, även bra restauranger precis utanför! Rekommenderas.

Rent, modernt och centralt
Mycket trevlig personal, centralt beläget litet hotell (9 rum?) med dygnet runt personal. Rummet var stort och bekvämt. Frukosten är inget att hurra för - 10€ för rostmacka, nespresso och kakor, men mataffär finns på huvudgatan där man kan köpa hem egen frukost om man föredrar. Ingången är väldigt anonym, rekommenderar att ni kollar google maps/street view för att hitta rätt, innan avfärd. Hotellet ligger en trappa upp i huset. Mycket garderobsplats, kassaskåp, rent rum och städservice dagligen. Gångavstång till de flesta platser i Rom (15-25min) eller metron som ligger runt hörnet. Taxi från flygplatsen (Ciampino)rekommenderas, fastpris 30€. Skulle absolut återvända till detta hotell!

Great spot for middle of the sites. Train, bus, hop on hop off bus 5-10 min away. Staff (Stefani) was great. Clean towels and linen daily.

Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Location is close to Metro and lots of restaurants and shoppings. Be very careful with pick pocketer in Metro. We were almost their victim.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We arrived late and checked out early to catch a early flight in both instances the staff were extremely helpful and accomidating. The room a quad was huge and very clean. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Would definitely come back here. Walking distance to all main attractions. Rooms are very clean and beds are very comfortable. The main doors to the hotel close and lock to the public from 2pm . You can only get in if you have a code from the reception. This made me feel very safe and not anyone can just walk in.

The rooms need a freshen up, bathroom needs a full renovations and the walls are very thin. Lots of nose. Furnishings are cheap Stayed in Rome 3 times in the last year and would go back to all with the exception of this one.

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at this property on our trip to Rome. The staff was very accommodating. Our plane arrived at 8 am. Although check-in was not until 2 pm, the staff stored our luggage for us so that we did not have to lug it around Rome for the day. The hotel was within walking distance of all of the major tourist attractions and the train/metro stations.

Great location in central Rome. Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff are friendly and helpful on getting to the sights. The building itself is a little tired in the common areas but in Suitedreams everything is clean and updated

Good hotel in Rome. They have an elevator! It’s old and it only carries 3 people at a time. But it’s an elevator. So that’s definitely a plus. The reception recommended a local breakfast place called Rosemary which is very good as well.

Excellent hotel and location. Walkable to everything you need to do in Rome as a tourist. Terrific restaurants close by too. Roberta at the reception is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. Her expertise and advice made our visit in Rome so much better. Thank you, Roberta!

Nice property there is no one at property when you check in but they do keep you informed on how to gain access. Only thing that was gross but out of there control is there was a rat lower level there was trash near elevator that was not removed during our entire stay. But it is in city so it happens. There is a coffee shop right around corner and owner is very nice

Suitedreams offered a spacious, comfortable, no frills stay. It was clean, quiet and conveniently located to bistros, cafés and restaurants. The building offers a look into old apartment living, complete with an updated cage elevator. Modern bathroom with a great shower and hairdryer. There is shopping within an easy walk, as well as two Metro stations, one for each of the two existing subway lines (a third line is under construction). The main train station is about an easy ten minute walk. Several main attractions, such as the Colosseum, are about a half hour scenic walk from the hotel. We did not have a room with a view, which made it free from street and traffic noise. The highlight of the stay, was, however, our consierge, Roberta. She was friendly, helpful, informative and kind. I would stay at Suitedreams on a return visit and recommend it to others planning a visit to Rome.

We stay at Suitedreams regularly. It is ideally located for Roma Termini railway station and the Rome Opera House. Good sized rooms, with a very courteous reception desk. Recommended.

Good: staff is friendly and helpful. They let us keep luggage at front desk three hours after checkout Bad: property appears to be poorly looked after. Pics are deceiving, and room other than bed didn’t feel clean at all. Extremely noisy at night and our room was missing blackout curtains advertised in pics. When we went to shower water was shut off but was working ten minutes later

In eerste instantie waren we wat verward toen we aan een onopvallend gebouw arriveerden, zonder het typische neonlicht van een hotel. Maar na het aanbellen werden we verwelkomd door een prachtige, authentieke stalen lift die ons naar de eerste en tweede verdieping bracht. Eenmaal daar werden we hartelijk ontvangen en kregen we de toegangscodes voor zowel de voordeur (er is geen nachtelijke receptie) als onze kamers op de tweede verdieping, waar ons gezin verbleef. De kamers waren werkelijk voortreffelijk: ruim, met comfortabele bedden en goede matrassen, een handig koelkastje en totale verduistering voor een goede nachtrust. De ruime badkamer bood een heerlijke regendouche en was brandschoon. Dit hotel is absoluut een aanrader, vooral vanwege de locatie. Op loopafstand van het Termini station maakte het onze verkenning van Rome erg gemakkelijk. Voor de sportieve types onder ons was zelfs de binnenstad, met iconische bezienswaardigheden zoals de Trevifontein, het Pantheon en het Colosseum, te voet bereikbaar. Bovendien bood de nabijgelegen Monti wijk een schat aan kleine, authentieke restaurantjes om van te genieten. Toen een van onze gezinsleden ziek werd op de dag van vertrek, werden we aangenaam verrast door de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. We mochten zonder enige moeite wat later uitchecken, wat onze stressvolle situatie aanzienlijk verzachtte. Kortom, een onvergetelijk verblijf en een plek waar we zeker weer zouden verblijven.
