The staff, as explained on the syte, and on the presentation messages is not there a the day, so , it is a totally arguable comment Maybe , if it was really required a 24h reception , the best choice would've been choice another type of property , since we cannot offer this service and it was explained a several number of times The toilette paper is only changed when it is not enough, but , when we made the cleanings,we noticed that there was an almost full roll so we clearly did not leave another one, but, in case it was really needed. Also, we do always clean the faucet and take the cleanings as the very first point of our property, unfortunately something is a bit ruined from the time and we're waiting for the workers to change thoss Kind regards

Dear guest, Thanks for your review , but we would like to talk about it. When we made the check-in, you started defining our property " a poor one" just because the shampoo and soap set was different from the one in the pictures. We explained that clearly , in the time , we had made many changing in the sets to make an improvement , and , also , this is a not really a reasonable complaint, since we can't understand how this only obvious fact could make the stay so poor , just from the start. Anyway we did our best and were also able to get 2 different types of courtesy set, and in great amount, more than 6 for shampoo, shower gel and anything else ,but ,still , in the second day you were in needing of new shampoo We provided to get anything new in the room including toilett paper as needed, obviously, and provided to leave anything you requested every days. In our property, there is not a total cleaning during the 2nd day and we explained you that from the check-in start. Also, the type of behaviour showed at the check-in , was not the best start, and it was confirmed watching how the room was left Thanks again for your review We send our regards

Il soffione a muro all'interno della doccia non scorre perfettamente da qualche giorno e siamo stati onesti informandovi di ciò non appena arrivati, avendo messo a disposizione anche un sifone mobile,che è perfettamente utilizzabile Ci siamo già messi in moto per sostituire il soffione a soffitto, tuttavia essendo di una fabbrica estera siamo in attesa che ci venga recapitato Per quanto riguarda il cuscino,non riusciamo proprio a capire di cosa si parla. Siamo estremamente dispiaciuti per la colazione trovata al mattino di cui parla, ed abbiamo subito contattato il ragazzo che aveva da poco iniziato il suo lavoro con noi per capire meglio cosa possa essere successo, ci scusiamo infinitamente in ogni caso per il disagio. Tuttavia,il controllo degli armadi è una delle pratiche primarie e , una dimenticanza purtroppo può sempre capitare, anche se quella descritta sembra una situazione decisamente ingrandita, in quanto il ragazzo si sarebbe sicuramente reso conto di ciò. Ci dispiace che non siate stati bene con noi , e , soprattutto, che non abbiate segnalato al ragazzo problemi quale polvere e situazione in armadio, perché avrebbe sicuramente provveduto a risolvere la stessa immediatamente Le auguriamo una buona giornata Cordiali saluti

To start from the point 1, you knew the situation 4 days before the check-in day , and being in the storic center of the city is not that easy to have a parking right outside the property , but we still did our best to do it We are really ashamed by the fact that on the point 2 and point 3 , and you perfectly know it ,it was described a situation that it's never happened , so we kindly ask you to write the truth in the reviews. About the 4 point , we had a serious problem with the property and we was there talking with you and explaining all the situation , that was hard but we explained it in the best way, it was not possible also for us to come in the property in that day and you know very well the fact , but you forgot to mention it. Later on , in the next days, we offered you a voucher of 1 for the Suite , to use when you will like ,that is worth 4 times the price of the night that you lost in ,and it was everything okay , we fixed the problem We received a contact from you in the day of June 05 at almost 10 pm, where you was asking for the availability to use the voucher in the next day , June 06 Obviously , being a guesthouse of 6 rooms and being totally booked for the night of Saturday we had to inform you about the fact that we couldn't unfortunately do it due to this fact. We also apologised about it, even if there was nothing to apologise cause it wasn't our falt about it . We receive in answer to that message, a message full of abuse towards me, the reception and the property . We are totally ashamed by that since is not possible to write some ungodly words towards a worker and the property, just because we couldn't work a request like this with only 12 hours notice , and we think we did not really deserve that treatment . We use the moment to send our apologies again, after we did it a lot of time , and we will still do it since we did really understand that it was a hige problem in the stay, but is not acceptable to use that inappropriate words to everyone just due to a fact that we could not really predict We send you kind regards.
