I allmänhet riktigt bra!
Det var faktiskt riktigt bra. Önskar jag hade stannat längre än 2 nätter. Hade lite bråk med duschen som ibland blev iskall för at några minuter senare bli varm efter man hade stängd av den hände 2 gånger. En förbättring skulle vara en bättre förvarings plats när man ska duscha. Palllen kan bli lite för liten. Personalen var super trevliga.

Easy to reach from the main train station, but far enough away not to be hassled by the train station derelicts. Accommodating and knowledgeable staff. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, gave me good recommendations and was always on hand to help. Location to the Roma Termini was close, walkable or you can hop on a metro line if you have a lot of luggage. Would stay here next time!

Excellent Hostel. Guilherme is a great activity host! Staff were always proactive and very considerate. The beds could probably use a new mattress but weren't horrible.

Odalar temiz. Ranzalar biraz inip çıkarken ses yapıyor onun dışında temiz ve bakımlı bir hostel. İlk hostel deneyimimdi. Kadın resepsiyonlar çok kibardı. Ama erkek resepsiyon için aynısını söyleyemem. Beni tanımasına rağmen girişte 2 kere kartımı sordu. Havluyu 5 euro depozito ile veriyorlar. Buna şaşırdım. Kilitli dolaplar yatağın altında ve kabin bagajı rahatlıkla sığıyor. Kabin bagajımı açıp koydum rahat ettim. Yanınızda büyük kilit olsun ama. Genel olarak öemnun kaldım. Merkeze de yakın terminiye de yakın. Güvenilir bir hostel.

The guided tour by Pedro has been the highlight of my trip. He built a passionate story with his tour and I loved every second of it even if I was jet lagged. His tour has made my expectations so high, no other tour has come close to it yet!! All my hostel mates were really respectful and courteous. The staff were nice and it felt safe. I would definitely recommend it

The best hostel to make friends for life. The group activities are the best. I highly recommend this hostel to anybody. It’s walking distance to every tourist attraction. The staff are very friendly and it is just a great place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff were great. The major negative was that they didn’t have any TV channels in English. Considering the number of guest who do not speak Italian, this was surprising.

Super toller Aufenthalt in Rom
Sauber, tolles Hostel mit passender grösse der Zimmer. Frühstück für 7 Euro ok jefoch Geschirr könnte sauberer sein.... Lage perfekt nähe Bus, Metro, Bahnhof und tollen Restaurants - alles in 5-15 Min. Zu Fuss erreichbar.

This hotel is a new property that was clean, well located within walking distance to many attractions and more importantly the Rome train station, which was key while walking with luggage. The desk staff was great. We had breakfast included with our reservation and it was very good.

서비스가 좋고 테르미니역에서 가까워서 이용이 편리했네요. 고객들이 세면기의 물 내려가는 장치를 망가뜨려서 좀 불편했는데 나머지는 모두 만족스러웠지요.

The bedding was reasonably comfortable (a little droopy in the middle) but one person coming in late and opening the curtains and turning the AC on high (large guy) meant two of slept poorly, woke with cold fingers and feet. I left at the break of dawn to warm up. Should bring a lock and towel. Close to train / bus station.

Great hotel, great location, clean and comfortable
Great hotel short walk from train station, easy to find even in the dark and friendly staff on arrival. We had a triple room which was large, very clean and comfortable. All the hotel areas were clean with lots of amenities for everyone to use. They also have activities on daily, we went on a walking tour with Pedro (Saturday) which was free (we did tip) and brilliant, he took us round the sights and was really enthusiastic and made us look at the city through different eyes for the rest of our stay. Breakfast was good apart from on our last day when we went down an hour before it finished and there was no hot food or croissants left and they didn’t get replenished even though lots of others came in after us. The hotel is in a great location for walking to all the sights. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

매우 만족하였습니다.
로마에서 만났던 사람 중에 가장 친절한 스텝들이었어요. 공용주방이 있어서 밥도 해먹을 수 있어서 너무 좋았구요. 룸도 깨끗하고 주변도 안전하고 ...가격도 좋고요. 도시세도 받지 않아요. 룸도 넓고, 가성비 아주 좋았습니다.

Scrivo questa recensione a mesi di distanza dalla mia ultima prenotazione fatta. Ostello decisamente di un altro livello, per servizi, igene e cordialità del personale. Camere super, letti a castello comodi e struttura sicura! A due passi dala stazione Termini, è perfetta in tutto! La cucina in comune è grande e spaziosa, al sala comune altrettanto accogliente. Hanno a disposizione una lavanderia, piccola ma gradevole. The Rome hello è stata la mia casa per qualche mese prima che trovassi una sistemazione fissa. La chicca (una tra le tante della struttura) è la possibilità di farsi una doccia veloce prima di partire. Al tuo arrivo ti lasciano un biglietto per un drink di benvenuto, cosa chiedere di più? La struttura è per lo più giovane, sia staff che viaggiatori in pernottamento. La consiglio vivamente a chi sta cercando una struttura solida, affidabile ma soprattutto comoda! Situata al centro è collegata benissimo con i mezzi. Il prezzo del pernottamento è giustissimo, per quello che offre questo meraviglioso ostello. Grato di aver avuto la possibilità di conoscere questa meraviglia di struttura e di aver dormito sonni tranquilli!

Not our typical choice of accommodation but we needed somewhere that was close to the railway station as well as allowing us easy access to the main sights of Rome over the course of a day. RomeHello did the job for us and did it well! Spacious, comfortable and well equipped room for a family of 4. The areas of the property we saw were spotless, staff were friendly and we enjoyed a good breakfast.

Un séjour agréable et un emplacement top!
Une très bonne adresse! L'emplacement de l'hôtel est top, le personnel très agréable. En revanche, il faut aimer le côté auberge de jeunesse parce qu'il s'agit d'un vrai lieux de partage. Nous étions avec une ado, une jeune enfant (4 ans) et nos parents (65 et 75 ans), nous avons tous adoré notre séjour!
