Dear Lotar,thank you so much for the time spent to make the review.We are sorry to hear that your experience was not Excellent as the hundreds of all the other Guests.Above all, we are sorry that the reason for the extreme low rating is connected with the fact that you did not know that the Trastevere Paper Suites is a Guesthouse, and not a hotel, and that Expedia gave you the wrong information.All our informations are correct, both respect with the address (obviously) and with the other services offered: we are a Guesthouse, and not a Hotel, and this means that we are inside a condominium, which is quite normal.What it's pretty weird is that who books a Guesthouse then complains about the fact that it's not a Hotel :)The reason why you don't understand why all the extremely positive reviews, well, we'll gladly leave it aside.We simply try to do our job well, to ensure that all guests find 100% of what is present on the booking portals and on our website, and perhaps even a little more.It is difficult to find such beautiful rooms at such low prices in our sector, including services, facilities, professional hospitality, breakfast served in the room and useful advice for making the most of your experience in Rome.To be honest, it is difficult to find it even in 4stars hotels !!!.It is likely that you are more hotel travelers than guesthouse travelers, and honestly, we can't do anything about this.We will continue to do our best work, as we have done for 15 years: and it is very likely that we will continue to receive the same excellent level of feedback from 99% of our guests.A big hug from Rome, with affection, also to that 1% who instead decided to extremely penalize our structure and the work of our staff.At BBSUITES we are always here with professional, caring, and smile: both on sunny and rainy days.Greetings,Marco CaroselliCEO of BBSUITES
