Tunna väggar
Väldigt lyhört i rummen. Vi hörde klart och tydligt vad dom i andra rummet pratade om. Trevlig personal på frukosten.

Great hotel
If I come back to rome I will definately stay here again. Everything was perfect with the room, cleaning, breakfast and especially the service. The location is great, a few minutes walk to the trevi fountain and colosseum. The only problem was that the walls were thin and we unfortunately had a very loud family that had a few rooms around ours, they were running through the hallway with flipflops and you would have thought that they were having a competition on who could make the most noice. But as I said everything else was perfect and I would stay here again!

Fint hotell centralt beläget
Ett bra medelklasshotell mitt i centrala Rom. Nära till Fontana di Trevi och Forum Romanum m.m. Välskött och fräscht hotell med trevlig personal. Frukosten var helt ok, det som behövs fanns. Det fanns chokladcroissanter fyllda med nutella varje morgon. Vi kommer tillbaka!

Hotellet ligger i utmärkt läge i centrum av Rom. Nära Coloseum och fontän De Trevi. En liten hotell som är jätte myssig. Mycket rekommenderat.

Staff were extremely friendly and warm. The only downside is the room is in the building across and no elevator. The bed was very comfortable though and I slept very well despite the room being in a busy street.

Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and kind. The location was wonderful and the service was wonderful. They really took great care of us, and that really made our trip special. We would stay here again.

The rooms are quite comfortable. It is located in easy walking access to restaurants and sites. The desk staff (especially Daniella) were exceptional. They gave great recommendations and directions.

Hôtel très bien situé proche du Quirinale (palais présidentiel), de nombreux bus en bas de la rue, proche de toutes les activités du centre historique, - de 20', on peut tout faire à pied. Chambre confortable conforme à la présentation, personnel très aimable, parlant français, petit déjeuner correct et copieux.

Rooms are small, with poorly laid out bathrooms. Breakfast is modest, but gets the job done. Our room had a strange odor, possibly mold. But as 3-star hotels in Rome go, it wasn’t too bad!

Dear Daniel,we thank you for taking your time to review your stay with us even if the complains were never made at the reception.To tell that our breakfat is poor is not right as it is an iternational buffet breakfast with fresh fruit, fresh cheese and cold cuts, eggs that we made it for each guest customized... as per the smell i the room we do not know what could've been as the girl that do the room did not smell anything strange.We really hope to welcome you again.

The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and a myriad of restaurants bars etc. Mia and the staff at reception were super friendly and most importantly very helpful. The room was as described. We are a family of 5 and needed a room for a quick one night stop over and this fit the bill perfectly. Obviously if staying more than one night then this room would be too small, but for one night it was exactly what we needed.

Poor service overall
The shower in the room had absolute no pressure. It was only a trickle. When we asked for it to be fixed, nothing was done. We asked three times for it to be fixed and were placated with words and no actions. This was over a three day period - we basically couldn’t shower for four days and they did not try to make our experience better in any way. Very disappointing experience.

Hicimos una reserva para 5 adultos y nos dieron un habitación con una cama de matrimonio, una cama individual y unas literas de niño era imposible dormir en ella porque era muy pequeña, teníamos q poner los colchones en suelo para poder dormir. El agua de la ducha sin presión y encima no salía agua caliente hemos llamado 6 veces a recepción y nadie cogía el teléfono. Sin duda no era lo q esperábamos. No repetiremos ….

Dear Ms. elisabeth,thank yuo for taking your time for this review.You booked a family room that firts 5 adults easily, you stayed in the room that has 2 spaces, one with ta double bed and the other space with 1 bunk bed and a single bed, one of our biggest room, no one ver complained of this room.We are sorry that you had problems with the hot water.. sometimes this things happens but we fix them in record times.. regarding the fact that you called 6 times but no one answerd probably because you called the reception after the opening times and of course no one answerd as no one was here... you have been given an emergency phone number where to call after the closing time of the reception.We are sorry that you did not enjoyed your time here as we all the time try to offer unforgettable stays for our guest trying to create memories for a lifetime long.Kind regards,

Hotel was ok, but the room does not have hot water. We talk to the personnel and they don’t do nothing about it. A/C was always on heat mode and we talk to them and they do nothing about it. If was hard to fall sleep because if we open the windows, outside was very noisy. The positive thing was the breakfast and the location.

Dear Mr. Victor,thank you for taking the time to write this review but we have a couple of things to say.First the hot water was ok as you were the only one in the hotel that complained regarding this thing and we had it checked with the maintenance and everything was fine.Secondly the A/C works on heater as it is winter in Italy all you need it to do was turn it off as i have told you, no need to use it if you do not need it.We work 365 days a year trying our best to offer our guest unforgettable memories. The Staff on arrival was amazing - thank you to the lady on Reception on Friday Morning she was incredible and gave us some great advice on what to look out for and how to get around. - Nice Room - great location and reasonably priced. Will definately be going back

They serve breakfast in the morning and the food is really good and you have several choices. It is located in in a prime part of town just about 10 to 15 min walk from anything. Th one down side was that the beds were very hard. when I woke up in the morning my hip hurt from sleeping on my side all night.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and also went the extra mile for us. The breakfast was terrific! Though the property isn't staffed 24/7, the access and security overnight was great.
