“There was a cockroach in our room. My friends in the room had a towel completely covered in someone's hair. The maid just folded it with clean towels. There was almost nothing for breakfast, as there were a lot of people. And there was nothing to eat. I had to wait about 15 minutes for the omelet to be brought. We didn't even have coffee, we had to ask. Usually we stay at this hotel and were satisfied, but this time something went wrong with them. I guess we'll have to change the hotel. And yes,...

“Good breakfast (the standard cereals etc but also eggs and oatmeal), good wi-fi, nice big pool. Also a fitness room with 3 machines, but none of the displays of any of them worked. Very satisfied with the stay.”

“The staff members during the day are personable and friendly. I had some issues with the room but the staff took care of them quickly. The property is older so these smaller issues are to be expected. Night time is super quiet and I felt safe.Overall a decent experience”

“The staff were wonderful, except that hot food for the breakfast was not available until nearly 7 a.m. (posted breakfast times were 6-9 a.m.). Biggest problem was just the noise. Listened to insterstate traffic all night, and the conversation in the room next door as well as in the hall. Not yelling, not partying, but voices went right through the connecting door as though it was open. Good earplugs solved this.”

“To start, Tucker who was manning the front desk upon arrival, was welcoming, warm and friendly. He was extremely professional with the check in process. Had all our information and checked us in thoroughly and quickly. When we were trying to transport our luggage etc, we were having difficulty and he came to our rescue helping get everything up to and into our room. As we came and went he was extremely friendly and smiling with courteous greetings etc. He should be recognized for his excellent...

“Facility was okay to be honest. Room had loose flooring. Bed was comfortable but during the night I was bitten by something. Either a spider or something else. Floors in room were very dirty, make sure you have socks to wear. Ice machine on 3rd floor had no ice and was not replenished during the duration of our stay.”

“I've been going to this hotel for years, whenever I'm in town. I can definitely tell there has been a change in management. The former manager Brenda ran a tight ship. The hotel was so clean it sparkled, the service was amazing....I mean Brenda hasn't been there in years and not only did she introduce herself to us but i still know her name. This hotel is still good. I will continue to stay there when I'm in town. The rooms are still clean. The pool is broken. One of the elevators is broken....
