âAn excellent hotel with new facilities, good location and rooms with plenty of space and elegant design. It offers you the same level of comfort of the JW Marriott (which is nearby) for one third of the price. And the rooftop pool and gym are outstanding. Badrumsgolvet lutade Ă„t fel hĂ„ll (!) sĂ„ vattnet rann ut i sjĂ€lva badrummet, eluttagen vid skrivbordet var trasiga, obekvĂ€m och lĂ„g kontorsstol till skrivbordet, men rummet i sin helhet var frĂ€scht och snyggt och stort. âArrived at 1.30 AM and they put me in a smoking room though I requested a none-smoking. Called the desk and they said they did not have any. I am allergic to smoke, and they managed to get me a room. In general a bit slow service.â

âAmazing front desk staff very accommodating. Around 10 min walk from the metro quite straight forward no need for a taxi. Room clean and big rooms in the junior suite. Quiet hotel. Perfectly located for Boulevard World or the financial district.â
âVery poor communication. We booked for 2 adult and 3 children a family room but only provided a only king size bed. I had to spend another 900 SAR to book another room. Only Breakfast service was good.â
