Located 5 minutes walk from the sea with access to sea side sauna bathing platform, beach, bathing island and lovely walks right on the door step.

Main cottage has 3 separate bedrooms, toilet with shower, living area with fire place and dining area as well as a kitchen with all necessities.

One bedroom has got a double bed and two bedrooms with bunk beds.

In addition there is another two bunk beds in the newly renovated annex.

A wooden deck of about 50 m2 with chairs and table for outside dining, sun chairs and barbecue.

A wood fired sauna right on the sea can be booked for 1.5 hours at the time.
On the lawn there is plenty of space for games and play.

In the rental there is also included a stand up paddle board complete with pump, paddle and safety vest.

From the rocks along the sea and the platforms in the jetty there are excellent fishing opportunities.

A communal tennis court is also available some hundred meters away. (Bring your tennis racket.)

From Trolleboda there are excellent opportunities for nearby excursions/experiences for example: Ronneby Brunnspark, Eriksbergs djurpark, Järnavik/Tjärö och Karlskrona. Organic ice cream at Björketorps gård and almond cake at the "Mandeltårtans cafe" are also popular.

There are a separate parking on the plot for 3 cars.

It is self sustained, bring your own bedding, towels (kitchen and bathing). Cleaning upon departure by the tenant.
