In addition, it is a beautiful, spacious and completely renovated apartment, which is a five-minute walk from the center where you can enjoy the cozy terraces and fun boutiques of Roosendaal. But you don't have to leave the apartment because it has everything you could need, there is a fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washer and dryer in one and more!

Containerbar SPOT is the hotspot in Roosendaal where you can enjoy hip special beers, a tasty bite, cool DJs and fun events on the festival-like outdoor terrace. The place is built from shipping containers that have been transformed into a bar and kitchen. SPOT is located nearby the train station and is easy accessible.
The Designer Outlet Rosada is with over 75 stores the perfect place for a day of shopping. You can find you favorite brands with always a 70% discount. The assortment is unique and there are 7 restaurants in the Outlet, they all serve different kinds of food like. The outlet is located a bit outside the centre of Roosendaal but you can get to the outlet with a bike, public transportation or with car.
PlaydĂŽme is a place where you can do a lot of different activities, you can go laser gaming, hyper bowling, karting, funcurling and axe throwing. All the activities have a winter sports theme and it is the perfect getaway on a rainy day. PlaydĂŽme is also located outside the city centre of Roosendaal, you can get there with bike, public transportation and car.
On the Markt in Roosendaal you have a lot of restaurants with big terraces. One of my faves is Grand CafĂ© Chagall, its located in a beautiful characteristic building. You can go to Chagall for a delicious lunch or dinner, but itâs also the perfect place to go for some drinks and bites.
Nearby the Markt you have Eetboetiek Festina Lente, this is a really cute lunchroom where you can get good sandwiches, the best cheesecake in Roosendaal and can go for a high tea.
We highly recommend restaurant Los Latinos, where you can order the most delicious cuts of meat prepared on the grill. With a super cozy and large covered terrace, this is the perfect place for an evening of enjoyment.
Tapas bar Pinxos is a little gem in the centre of Roosendaal. You can find pinchos from Baskenland, Tapas from Sevilla and atmosphere of the swinging streets of Latin-America. You can go to Pinxos for lunch, apetiezers or a evening long dinner.
Roosendaal has a train station where the trains go to a lot of different cities in the Netherlands but also Belgium. You can go to cities like Amsterdam, Den Haag but also Antwerp.
When you enter through the shared entrance, walk up the stairs and on the first floor you will find the apartment which is all yours. The two roof patio's are also both completely yours.
This beautiful and completely renovated apartment is fully equipped with all conveniences. When you enter, first you come into the hallway and here you will find the toilet. When you walk to your left, you will enter the open kitchen where the dining table is also located. The kitchen is equipped with:
- Combi microwave
- Induction stove
- Dishwasher
- Refrigerator with freezer
- Nespresso machine (we provide you with coffee and tea for the first day)
- Water boiler
- All the kitchen utensils you may need
Then you have the living room, a lovely place where you can relax together on the sofa and watch a serie or movie on the flat screen SMART TV. Here is also a workspace, ideal when you are on a work trip or if you just need to finish something. Here you can also find rooftop patio number 1, the perfect place to enjoy the sun in the summer.
When you walk thru the hall way, you will find the bedroom. It is provided with with a king-size, box-spring bed where you will have a wonderful night of sleep and here again is a television and rooftop patio.
On this rooftop patio you can enjoy the sweet summer evenings with a glass of wine/beer/soft drink in your hand. Keep these drinks delightfully cool in your own fridge.
Two extra beds can be placed in the apartment if needed to create a 4-person apartment.
The bathroom has a lovely rain shower where you can get the day off to a good start or relax after a long day. There is a large sink which is ideal for getting ready.
The apartment is really fully equipped, there is even a washer and dryer in one, a steamer for you clothes and a drying rack.
- You can park on the street for a fee
- There is the option for short-term parking, this means you can park in the same spot for a maximum of 4 hours.
- There is also the option for a day pass, for this you pay âŹ10 and then you can park your car in the entire paid parking area. You can buy a day pass at the parking meters on the street.
