Men were milling around the parking lot at 10:30 at night and someone randomly and aggressively banged on our door at 11 PM, but then walked away. The parking lot and breezeways smelled of ethnic cooking and cigarettes. Fortunately, the room did not stink, in fact it was very clean. “Breakfast was really good with freash cooked eggs, a pancake maker where you push one button and you can watch your pancake cook,, frash fruit and a cooler with cartons of milk and yogurt. Dining room kept clean atall times by friendly staff.”

“Don't judge a book by its cover. The building' look from outside isn't too convincing. By the time we entered the front desk, the smellbwas clean and fresh. The frontdesk staff is polite. The room we stayed was clean, including everything in it (beds,carpet, floor, bathroom, refridge, etc). AC is working well. Breakfast: fresh banana n oranges, coffee, juice, cereal, oatmeal, breads, yogurt, and waffle. The hotel is easily to access from main road. It's only 4 mins away to the AT&T Stadium...

“The home looks almost brand new and my most important feature CLEAN!! We had a small hiccup with getting the door open to relax but the host promptly took care of it. We were attending a wedding with several events. This was a wonderful place for us to stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to Lubbock”

“Located in an industrial part of the city of Lubbock, the property seemed very safe, particularly given that there was no foot traffic nearby and nothing commercial within a mile. The rooms are spartan, but the bed was incredibly comfortable. This is a great cost-saving overnight stay motel.”

“To keep it short and simple, this place is absolutely awful. Our room was filthy, with hair and crumbs everywhere. Our bed has BED BUGS and my kids and I got bit multiple times. The property is outdated and lacking extreme maintenance. Do not, under any circumstance stay here. Not sure why it has any good reviews. Still waiting to hear from property manager for refund. I am so unbelievably disgusted and frustrated. I have spent 3 days cleaning and disinfecting our belongings, hoping we didn’t...
