Overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez and located close to the beach, it features a beautiful living room, a fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and a garden of around 1,200 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The villa is composed as follows
Ground floor
- A tastefully decorated 81 m² living room with lounge, TV and dining table
- A fully-equipped modern kitchen (2 dishwashers, oven, microwave, 2 fridges with freezer, juicer, ice maker, toaster, Smeg kettle and Nespresso coffee machine)
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180x200) and large en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub
- Bedroom 2: king-size bed (180x200) with en-suite shower room
- Two separate WCs, one at the entrance, the other in the sleeping area

First floor
- Bedroom 3: king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room and access to terrace with sea views
- Bedroom 4: king-size bed (180x200), en-suite shower room and access to terrace with sea view
- Bedroom 5: one king-size bed (180x200) and four single beds (190x90), which can be used as a children's dormitory. The room has two velux windows
- A room with TV and sofa

Outside
- A private, heated saltwater swimming pool (mid-April to mid-October), secured by an alarm. Available all year round.
- Two 1,200 m² gardens for relaxing in. In front of the house, you'll find umbrella pines and fragrant plants such as bougainvilleas, pines, lemon and mandarin trees. The house has several shaded areas, depending on the time of day. All the outdoor furniture is available (deckchairs, sun loungers, armchairs) and you can enjoy a table tennis table and a petanque area.

- Four terraces ranging from 15 to 200 m², facing south and south-west

The house is ideally located in Roquebrune-sur-Argens, in a very pleasant environment. In a residential area, the villa is located at the top of the hill. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by. Supermarket, restaurants and beach bar no more than 2 km away.
