Our stay in the villa was absolutely amazing!
We were 10 persons, and we all enjoyed the spacious and luxory house, and most of all the terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped, furniture comfortable both in- and outdoor! Nice dinners by the pool in moonlight! A nice point is that each bedrivna has its own bathroom. There is a bakery 15 min walk from the house, perfekt to pic the croissants on a morning walk. We can highly recommend the villa, its perfect for a family gathering or group of friends, and we would love to come back sometimes!

Stunning location
The villa is perfectly situated next to the sea with east access to the path and beaches. The rooms are good sizes and the villa was well-equipped. It is a great location for Fréjus and Sainte Maxime and all the beaches along the coast. There are no amenities in walking distance so we did spend time in the car going to Les Issambres for groceries or to Sainte Maxime for the nightlife. Michael was a great host responding speedily to all our queries.

First of all, I'm really sorry that things went wrong. As host, I am fully dedicated to offering guests a great stay as many of the former reviews show. Secondly the big crack, side to side in the sliding window, wasn't there before you and then it is standard proceeding to revert to the deposit.

Superb Location
The house is on a beautiful lot with an amazing view of the Med. The Host was very helpful and generally available when needed. One time he had to walk us through a power failure on the phone and another he had to fix the dryer. He provided excellant reccomendations for restaurants and made other good suggestions. We should not have had to deal with the power failure or dryer that wasn't serviced before our arrival. The pictures of the unit do not accurately show the condition of the house. The furniture is much older than shown and condition of outside area is worn. There were no toiletries or basic kitchen supplies provided like dish washer soap, trash bags, paper towels, laundry detergent, body wash or shampoo. We expected to have to buy food, but not these supplies. Also the beds were very hard, that may be the way europeans like them, but for us they were uncomfortable. No extra pilows were provided and those provided were not good sleeping pillows. There were no extra sets of bed linens or bath towels.

Südfrankreich zum Jahreswechsel- ein Traum
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem großzügigen Haus. Ende Dezember und Frühstück auf der Terrasse- das ist genial. Ich empfehle das Haus uneingeschränkt für eine Gruppe mit vielseitigen Anforderungen. Wir hatten jede Menge Platz zum Kochen, Essen, Arbeiten, Sport auf der Terrasse, Spielen und natürlich ehrfürchtig den tollen Blick genießen. Wir waren begeistert, empfehlen aber wenn man gerne kocht, die eigenen Messer mitzubringen. Herzlichen Dank auch Herrn Schaeffer für den freundlichen Kontakt und schnelle Hilfe als es anfangs etwas kühl war. Gerne wieder! Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge fanden wir das Haus geschickt. Man ist schnell auf der Autobahn und In der anderen Richtung in Sainte Maxime oder Saint Tropez.

Wunderschöne Villa in Les Issambres direkt am Meer
Wir waren drei Wochen in dieser wunderschönen Villa direkt am Meer. Da wir die Umgebung schon sehr gut kennen, haben wir die meiste Zeit am Meer gesessen, den Wellen zugeschaut, gesurft, geschnorchelt, abends gekocht oder gegrillt und die wunderbare Aussicht genossen. Bei Fragen war der Verwalter jederzeit zu erreichen. Einzig die Gartenmöbel sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sollten erneuert werden. Wir werden in jedem Fall wiederkommen.

Villa in Toplage
Gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie verbrachten wir erholsame Tage in dieser wunderschönen Villa in absoluter Toplage. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer, der riesige lichtdurchflutete Innenbereich der Villa mit zwei Wohnbereichen und großer Küche, der beheizte Infinitypool, die ans Haus angrenzenden Boulebahn sowie die herrliche Terrasse mit Traumblick über die Bucht von Frejus, lassen keine Wünsche offen und bieten Freiraum und Erholung für alle Altersgruppen. Der Hausverwalter Herr Schaeffer hat uns herzlich empfangen und stand uns bei Anliegen unkompliziert und hilfsbereit zur Seite (vielen Dank für Alles, Herr Schaeffer…). Das einzige Manko dieser Villa sind leider die teilweise durchgelegen Matratzen, die seitens des Vermieters ausgetauscht werden sollten.

Sejour mi aout 2022
Nous avons vraiment passé de très belles vacances en famille dans un bien et lieu unique. Au calme sans vis a vis avec un acces direct à la mer sans être dérangé par les vacanciers Seul point négatif: l’absence de climatisation dans la pièce principale et l éclairage dans la piscine nous empêchant d’en profiter le soir. Nous pensons revenir l année prochaine Merci

Great villa, with great views
We had a wonderful time. Villa is located near the Les Issambres town that has plenty of restaurants and a cute market on market day. There are also plenty of sandy beaches short drive away. However, it was also wonderful just staying in, swimming in the pool with incredible views of the Mediterranean. Very relaxing.

A million dollar view
Had some issues with an A/C unit that needed to be replaced , poor TV reception and a few basic supplies that went missing. But all these seemed forgotten once you stepped outside on the back terrace with incredible ocean views and swimming access to a rocky private beach . Michael , the caretaker available when needed . Overall , great vacation with sandy beaches and food shopping near by .

Amazing view, relaxing stay
perfect hideaway, would need some restaurations. Unrestaured the last 4 years. Wifi is super slow, which annoyed the teens and all the beds and matress should be changed. But a wonderful property with a breathtaking view and a privileged access to the sea. Great holidays!

Villa avec vue sur mer
Les plus: Villa avec vue imprenable sur la grande bleue, spacieuse, bien distribuée. L’accueil est assez rapide, où on nous confie rapidement et sans être intrusif les clés de la maison. Un peu plus d’explications auraient été intéressant) L’accès au chemin des douaniers. La très grande terrasse Les moins: L’hygiène n’est pas au rdv pour ce type de produit. On sent le poids des années et le manque d’entretien, ce qui n’est pas un problème en soi mais passer l’après midi à nettoyer et désinfecter avant de s’installer n’est pas admissible pour ce type de location. (Ex: miettes dans le tiroir à couverts, cheveux sur les protèges matelas... grille de barbecue rouillée, terrasse non nettoyée...) L’odeur de renfermé aurait pu être évitée, même si nous sommes les premiers locataires de l’année. (Ex: lors de l’accueil, les volets non ouverts, les coussins du salon extérieur non sorties et disposés pour un accueil « plus sexy ». La piscine aurait pu être à meilleure température. Dans l’ensemble une bonne semaine de vacances mais déçu, non pas du produit, mais de la prestation et du service. A ce prix, on s’attend à une qualité de service premium. Faites vous votre idée, nous sommes peut être trop tatillon... Bonnes vacances

parfois les choses sont un peu plus difficiles ... Il a demandé un enregistrement anticipé à 10h du matin, j'ai dit oui. Il a demandé un départ tardif à midi, j'ai dit oui. Il avait une piscine à débordement à 28 ° C alors que la nuit tombait à 10 ° C. La villa était chauffée et ventilée depuis 3 jours avant l'arrivée. Il a laissé le barbecue sale. Aucune de ses plaintes ne m'a été portée pendant son séjour. Je lui souhaite bonne chance pour trouver la villa de ses rêves lors de ses prochaines vacances.

Oui, malheureusement, le chauffe-piscine a échoué pendant votre séjour et ne peut pas être réparé. Un nouveau système de chauffage sera bientôt installé. La fuite de la douche a été réparée dans 1,5 jours. Je suis désolé pour le désagrément, mais je suis content que vous ayez quand même passé des bonnes vacances et que vous vouliez revenir.

Das Objekt bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Gerade in der jetzigen Situation ist es fantastisch das Meer, den Pool und die Anlage nutzen zu können, ohne mit anderen Menschen in Kontakt zu kommen. Der Zugang zum Meer bietet wunderschöne Möglichkeiten zum Schnorcheln und Baden. Wir würden uns jederzeit wieder dafür entscheiden. Ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.

This house was superb! The views and location are amazing. Michael was extremely helpful before and during our stay. Our only comment are to change the pillows as they were old and uncomfortable. But for everything else we highly recommend this property.

Gorgeous private backyard oasis right on the Mediterranean
Very secluded and spacious villa with expansive terrace taking in the amazing unobstructed views of the Mediterranean with an infinity-edge pool and palm trees. Private access to the sea was was a plus and the snorkeling was fun for all to enjoy. The sunrises were worth the early wakeup call. Minor cleaning issues upon arrival but Michael promptly addressed them to our satisfaction. We would return in a heartbeat.

Abbiamo affittato la villa in 8 amici nella settimana dell'ultimo dell'anno. Doveva essere una vacanza rilassante e confortevole come descritto nella presentazione sul sito di homeaway, invece i primi tre giorni si sono rivelati molto stressanti e per niente confortevoli. Nella zona giorno piano terra non funzionava il riscaldamento, la caldaia era rotta e il pezzo di ricambio sarebbe arrivato al terzo giorno. Avevamo a disposizione tre stufe elettriche che scaldavano poco e niente, nelle camere fortunatamente c'erano gli split con aria calda. Il disagio maggiore è stato causato dal fatto che per tre giorni non abbiamo avuto acqua calda se non per brevissimi momenti ( riusciva a fare una doccia breve e tiepida una sola perdona). Probabilmente anche il boiler si stava guastando. Il proprietario l'abbiamo visto solo al nostro arrivo dichiarando che la situazione era sotto controllo che l'acqua calda mancava solo in cucina. Contatto più volte nei giorni successivi non ci ha degnato di una visita per capire il problema. Homeaway ci ha sostenuto molto poco, hanno proposto di trasferirci in un albergo ma dovevamo liberare la casa da ogni effetto personale, per poi cosa fare? Abbiamo deciso di rimanere con tutti i disagi aspettando il giorno della riparazione che è avvenuta anche questa senza pochi problemi. Al quarto giorno finalmente sono iniziate le nostre vere vacanze. La villa è in una posizione molto bella, direttamente sul mare con vista stupenda. L'arredamento nella zona giorno e cucina di media qualità, mentre le camere tranne due erano piccole e mediocri. La biancheria da letto e da bagno era di basso livello e appena sufficiente (un telo piccolo per la doccia e un asciugamani ospiti a testa). La cucina ben organizzata. Alla nostra richiesta di un indennizzo per i tre giorni persi, il proprietario ci ha restituito il 10% della cifra spesa, neanche il costo di un giorno. Una delusione. Peccato.

I feel really sorry for Isabella, but Murphy must have been very bored. Testing the heating system a week before arrival showed a technical problem of which I informed Isabella. The technician that came had to order a piece he did not have on stock. That and the holiday season came all together. Only one of the big boilers was working therefore and the electrical heaters did not manage to really warm up the big living room. Hopefully Isabella will come back maybe in the summer time to also enjoy the sea.

Beautiful house, ridiculous service
The location of the house is lovely, although the house could use some renovation and the quality of the mattresses was lousy. However, the service was miserable. Despite previous guest mentioning several defects with the electricity, we were left with several power outages over our stay, in particular no wlan for the entire week, no outdoor lighting and the dish washer only worked occasionally. There were a total of 5 wine glasses in the house, again despite previous guests already complaining. We then bought a new set which we left in the house. While we reasonably enjoyed our stay, we asked for a modest price reduction. Price reduction was confirmed in writing, never received the money.

I put value into making my guests feel well during their stay. Most of the time I reach my goal. In this case I agreed on a discount because there were electrical difficulties. But when I saw the neglected and terrible state they left my villa I stepped back from my promise. All of my next guests were absolutely happy again.

Highly recommended!
Nice villa with well functioning layout! The location and views are superb, the terrace and pool area provide a very relaxing environment. You can also swim in the sea practically in front of the villa which was very nice. Michael was very helpful and quick to reply, everything went smoothly.

Großzügige Villa in exzellenter Lage
Eine exzellent gelegene Villa mit beheiztem Pool und eigenem Zugang zur Küste (bei ruhigem Meer kann man Schlauchboot zu Wasser lassen). Großzügiger Wohn- und Essbereich, große Terrasse mit gut beheiztem Pool und schönem Garten rund ums Haus. Der Master bedroom ist sehr groß, auch das zugehörige Badezimmer. Die anderen vier Doppelzimmer sind kleiner, das separat gelegene Zimmer ist nicht ganz so attraktiv wie die anderen Zimmer. Für große Familien bestens geeignet, wir kommen wahrscheinlich wieder.

Sehr grosszügige gut ausgestattete Villa an unschlagbarer Lage
Mit unserer Familie 9 Personen verbrachten wir eine herrliche Ferienwoche. Ideal für grössere Familien. Alle 5 Zimmer mit eigenem Badezimmer. Die Armaturen und einige Möbel weisen doch schon einige Gebrauchsspuren auf und die Lage und Grösse der Zimmer sind sehr unterschiedlich.Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Auch der Aussenbereich mit Pool direkt am Meer sehr grosszügig. Direkte Meerlage mit Felsen. Kein Sandstrand jedoch viele Strände in der Nähe. Zum Einkaufen und fürs Dorf Velo oder Auto erforderlich. Im Oktober noch herrlich warm und wenig Leute. Die Betreuung Vorort nett und kompetent. Auf ein nächstes Mal

Sehr schöne Lage, ein Traum in Blau!
Sehr schöne Lage des Hauses direkt am Meer. Für Baden und Schnorcheln perfekt, allerdings kein direkter Sandstrand. Haus ist in Ordnung, sehr geräumig und zweckmäßig. Allerdings für den Preis zu viele IKEA-Möbel, die auch zum Teil schon defekt sind und zu viele kleine Mängel, wie z.Bsp. Außenlichtanlage, die nicht funktioniert hat. Ansonsten Kleinigkeiten, wie zu wenig Weingläser, Handtücher zu hart, etc. Haus-Service durch Herrn Schäffer exzellent! Alles in allem aber ein rundweg wunderschöner Urlaub, den wir (groß und klein) sehr genossen haben!

Great villa, fantastic location on the sea
The villa is great, the location is great on the sea , would recommend rock shoes as it's a little rocky to get into the sea. The bedrooms are all air conditioned which is great as it was very hot when we were there. It would be nice if the main living room was also air conditioned. The bathrooms are all very nice, modern and well designed, the kitchen well equipped. Outside there are plenty of loungers and the 2 palm trees allow lots of opportunity to get into the shade if needed, pool towels were provided The pool is fantastic with fantastic views. Michael was a friendly, good and efficient. If you want to get around a car is required . We had a lovely week in a great villa- would highly recommend.

My family of 10 spent a week here in June 2018. We absolutely loved our stay at this house. Wonderful outdoor living area. Pool was a perfect temperature. The views of the Mediterranean are as amazing as the pictures look. Nice kitchen. Plenty of living area. i would highly recommend booking this property. Wir haben eine Woche zu fünft in diesem sehr schönen Anwesen verbracht. Lage und Aussicht könnten nicht besser sein. Das Anwesend entspricht den Beschreibungen und kann problemlos weiterempfohlen werden. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Betreuung durch Herrn Schäffer.

Sensationell.... ein Traum .... unvergesslich
Die Villa direkt am Meer ist ein Traum ! Exklusive Location die man sehr selten bis gar nicht findet. Hoher Ausbau Standard und top Qualität. Professionelle und freundliche Betreuung durch Herr Schäffer. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir werden nicht das letzte mal unsere Ferien in dieser Villa und mit Herr Schäffer als Verwalter verbracht haben.

genialer Familienurlaub
Sehr gut direkt am Meer über eine 2-3m hohe Klippe gelegen. Sehr ruhige Gegend und doch innert 10min. mit dem Auto in Sainte-Maxime. 30 min. bis Saint-Tropez und 45min. bis Cannes. Haus ist sehr gross und hat jeweils 4 Zimmer im Haus mit Bad en Suite sowie 1 Zimmer ausserhalb mit separatem Eingang jedoch auch angrenzend. Es muss dazu gesagt sein, dass 1 Zimmer RIESIG ist mit GROSSEM Bad und wunderschönem Ausblick im oberen Stock. Die restlichen sind eher klein, aber genügen für einen Urlaub vollkommen. Der Eingangsbereich mit Küche und Wohnzimmer war sehr schön und modern mit Blick Richtung grosser Garten, Pool und Meer. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief auch problemlos, freundlich und schnell. Die Villa ist in allem sehr zu empfehlen. Das Wetter war den Wintermonaten entsprechend abwechselnd - durchschnittlich 10-14 Grad. Wenn mal die Sonne schien und der Wind nicht wehte war es angenehm. Wir kommen gerne mal im Sommer vorbei.

Traumhafte Lage
Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, traumhafte Lage direkt am Meer. Das Haus ist zweckgemäss eingerichtet und verfügt über alle im Haushalt notwendigen Geräte und über einen guten W-Lan Anschluss, sowie über internationalen Fernsehanschluss. Die Terrasse ist sehr grosszügig und unsere 3 Kinder haben den Pool geliebt. Spassig war auch die Boccia-Bahn neben dem Haus. Der Besitzer hat bei jeder Frage zeitnah geantwortet und war immer pünktlich vor Ort. Wir können das Haus jederzeit gerne weiterempfehlen.

Un petit coin de Paradis
Maison idéalement située entre St Tropez et St Raphael, au bord de la mer avec une vue magnifique sur la baie, de la terrasse ou de la maison. Maison moderne avec de grandes baies, très calme. Nous avons passé dans ce lieu magique une excellente semaine entre piscine,baignade dans la mer (accès facile et direct de la terrasse) et visite de la région. Nous reviendrons c'est sûr...
