The Washroom is off the kitchen with the Washing Machine and electric boiler. The Terrace is quite big, perfect for enjoying the Sun in the afternoons or cooling off in the evenings. The apartment has Air Conditioning in the Living Room and the Bedrooms. Fiber Optic Internet. And Underground parking. The complex has a Swimming Pool open in the Summer season, please ask for the opening and closing dates. Its in a residential area so it´s quiet compared the next to the Beach or the Commercial businesses.
