Facilities.
Everything about the accommodation was excellent. If there is a suggestion it would be to put sun loungers on the balcony as there is plenty of room to accommodate. Comfortable surroundings and ideal for the couples that take a break child free.

VACACIONES ADECUADAS
Lo primero indicar que la propiedad existe y es real. Lo que se ve en las fotos es la realidad de lo que se encontrará. Pros ubicación piscina wifi Aire acondicionado menaje adecuado para el día a día contras la hora de entrada. Tuvimos que pagar un suplemento por llegar sobre las 19:00. Todo estaba indicado y lo sabíamos, pero algo más de flexibilidad sabiendo que veníamos de viaje del otro lado del país, hubiera sido de agradecer El Aire solo está en el salón,por lo que en dormitorio y baño, se concentraba mucho calo. Algo ayudaba los ventiladores, pero alguna noche ha sido difícil dormir la nevera un poco pequeña La iluminación es poca para poder cocinar a la noche. Faltaba una fluorescente o algo así en la zona de la cocina. Resumen: Positiva estancia. Adecuada relación calidad/precio. Algunas mejoras como las indicadas harían aún mejor la experiencia. Estancia tranquila
En general es un alojamiento confortable, tranquilo en estas fechas y bien situado. Por mencionar alguna característica mejorable, la iluminación del interior del apartamento es escasa, con bombillas muy débiles, el menaje de cocina hay que revisarlo, ya que encontramos una de las sartenes muy deteriorada y falta un escurridor de cubiertos para hacerlo más cómodo.

Fantasticas vacaciones
El apartamento esta muy bien. La unica pega es que la nevera es pequeña y vieja. Para mejorar estaria bien poner una nevera combi grande al lado de la lavadora. Repetiriamos en este apartamento sin dudarlo.

Excellent apartment in a great location
The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped for a holiday. The location was ideal with plenty of parking and just a 5 minute walk from the promenade, where there were some excellent restaurants and cafes. Weather brilliant for March; great holiday!

We found the directions difficult to follow so we had to get the property manager to meet us which he kindly did. We found the property to be very run down & unclean. Mop bucket was full of dirty water, the sofa was shedding bits off the plastic cover, bedding & throws were stained, cutlery & crockery had to all be washed before use. But worse was the bathroom which was sticky, both the bath & toilet had to be scrubbed, there was no toilet paper or cleaning materials. The final straw was when I was almost attacked getting out of the lift by bulldog, this in an apartment block that is supposed to be dog free. So we left after only 15 days of a 31 day booking and found alternative accommodation. When we contacted the owner we found her to be unsympathetic and unhelpful. We would not recommend this apartment in the state it is in to anyone.

We were very shocked to see these comments; when my manager met the guests they were very pleased with the apartment and the cleanliness. It was more than 2 weeks later that the guests said that they wanted to leave and only then did they mention any issues. They could have called our manager at any time if they had had a problem. There are no dogs allowed in our apartment, or in the communal grounds, but the complex itself isnt "dog free" and I'm afraid that we really cannot be held responsible for the behaviour of other people's dogs. We feel that these guests wanted to leave due to personal circumstances, and thought they would try to get a refund. As we had already offered an extremely cheap rate for the month we were unable to do that. On top of that, when my manager inspected the apartment after these guests had left, she found that they had left it in a very untidy state, with the gentleman having seemingly cut his hair in the corner of the room and left it there!! After fastidious cleaning after these guests left, the apartment is is a perfect state to be let out, and we have had many happy guests throughout the year.
