Spacious 2200 Sq Ft- 3 bedroom/3 bathroom house in downtown Roscommon

2200 sq feet- 3 Bedroom/3 full bathroom house with plenty of space for a family getaway! Located on a paved, ORV friendly street. Ride ATV’s directly to the trails! Watch deer and other wildlife daily through the two big picture windows. Master bedroom (1 king bed) is located on the main floor with attached bathroom. Main floor also includes kitchen, dining room, living room, game room with full size pool table, and two additional bathrooms. Bedrooms 2 (1 queen & 1 full) and 3 (2 fulls) are located on the second floor. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV. There is an AC unit located in the living room, as well as in Bedroom 2. WiFi is available throughout the house. Enjoy the outdoors relaxing on the completely screened in porch or in the fenced backyard with bonfire pit. **Main floor is wheelchair accessible, including an entrance ramp.** Garage is not included in booking. One security camera is located outside of the house for security purposes only, when guests are not present. This cabin is just steps away from the Au Sable River and ORV/snowmobile trails! Roscommon is also home to two beautiful state parks, as well as an abundance of trails for hiking and cross country skiing.

Location was convenient. Pricing was comparable. The lack of cleanliness was disappointing. Showers had soft scum marks on shelves. Stains on bedspreads and sofa chair arms. Pool table covered in dust/crumbeds.

Frazier cottage

Property was nice. Easy walk to town. My only negative was no gas grill. Hard to cook for 8 with no grill. Also, I was supposed to host a dinner for the rest of the family, but because of the no outside guests rule I had to take them to a restaurant. Nice that we could walk to fireworks.

Perfect Stay

If you love the convenience of being close to the AuSable and downtown Roscommon this is the perfect spot! Although located near town, woods were right across the road and the home was very carefully decorated to feel like you are nestled in the north country! It really felt like being on a large cabin rather than a regular home. They were generous with the furnishings- very comfortable couches and beds. TONS of space too with a huge rec room and wet bar, and even a large play area with tons of activities for kids and adults. Our 18 month granddaughter was in heaven with all the news toys and rocking horses, child sized chair etc. could not have been more perfect for us. We could almost walk to the AuSable Pavilion park and Campbells Canoe livery, so we spent a lot of time on the water and went kayaking. We were just ten minutes from beautiful Higgins lake too. Loved feeling the sand in our toes and getting in the fresh (salt free:) water They even had a tv in EVERY room in case you get rained in. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Quiet Up North Retreat!

Very nice cabin in a convenient location in the town of Roscommon. Though the property is dated, it's well-appointed and very clean. We loved the fact that we could ride our ORV's directly to the trails from this location. Parking for the 2 trailers that carried 2 ATVs and 1 SxS was tight, but all were doable by turning the trailers sideways, allowing us to park one vehicle and the 3 ORV's on the drive and then parking my F150 along the street in front of the cabin. We watched many deer and turkeys in the neighborhood daily. We especially enjoyed how close we were to the downtown area, and the easy walk and the great food to be found. Megan was so easy to communicate with and was very responsive if we had any questions.....GREAT TIME!

Frazier Cottage is the BEST

The Frazier cottage is a place we would love to stay again! The home is situated in a lovely neighborhood with deer roaming the streets and backyards daily. The home is super clean and accessible for more than 4 guests. Our stay was so relaxing and comfortable. The town of Roscommon has shopping and a wonderful wine store called Fifth Street Wines…I highly recommend. My family spent a great day on the Ausable River canoeing, the canoe rental place is literally a 1 minute drive. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Megan and Richard were easy to contact and very accommodating.

Great place to stay!

Perfect home for a nice getaway! Super clean and the owners were very pleasant to communicate with. The house had everything - toys for the kids, pool table, and even smart TV’s. Very comfortable for our family and only a short drive to the beach. Would love to book this place again.

Frazier Cottage

Beautiful place. Comfortable family home. Very teen and child friendly. It had something for everyone. Even the deer came by our window every day. Very peaceful and relaxing. Would deffinately book there again.
