“My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a one night layover. It was excellent value. The room was clean, very large, quiet , and beautifully decorated. Breakfast the next morning had a large variety of breakfast options and was very good. Staff were professional and friendly. I highly recommend the hotel.”

“Very good location if you have a layover in Chicago. Take the air train to the parking lot Economy F/ rental cars. You can walk to the hotel from there( at least if you are European..) just a few hundred metres. They have a shuttle to/ from the terminals, but we walked to the train in the morning as well. The room was nice, the lady who checked is in was nice but the lady on the late shift just ignored our request for extra towels. Never got them so had to share…”

“This is a nice place to stay waiting for the plane to depart. However, it is very poorly sound insulated. I could hear people talking in the room next to mine and I also woke up from the snoaring of the guy in the room next to mine! So a strong recommendation: bring ear plugs! Breakfast is a basic American breakfast, i e a lot of sweet stuff (frost flakes, pancakes with syrup etc). The staff at the front desk are very helpful and friendly.”

“Vi had s good stay, but the restaurant run by the hotel wasn’t open O think because it was the weekend, but the staff at the front desk seemed to think it was open. Anyway rather confusing. There was another private restaurant on site too, but we had already eaten there so ended up ordering a pizza to get delivered. The breakfast was a bit disappointing on the weekend the buffé was non existent. We were offered an American breakfast that my 10-year-old wouldn’t eat. It was eggs sausage etc. I...
