"Trevligt hotell i lugnt område med korta promenadavstånd till stadens mest centrala delar. Den australiensiska restaurangen i bottenplan var ett positivt inslag med mycket trevlig personal. Personalen i receptionen var däremot oengagerade och inte särskilt professionella."

"Toppenhotell med bra läge, gym, pool och sköna sängar. Rent och fräscht. Bra frukostbuffé på restaurangen som ligger i/vägg i vägg med hotellet. Trevlig personal."

"Good location down town Chicago. Good for family with kids with a decent breakfast included in the price. Busy breakfast area though. Crowded and hectic. The inner open yard sounds like a swimmingpool hall. Bed sofa not very comfortable. "

"Vi had s good stay, but the restaurant run by the hotel wasn’t open O think because it was the weekend, but the staff at the front desk seemed to think it was open. Anyway rather confusing. There was another private restaurant on site too, but we had already eaten there so ended up ordering a pizza to get delivered. The breakfast was a bit disappointing on the weekend the buffé was non existent. We were offered an American breakfast that my 10-year-old wouldn’t eat. It was eggs sausage etc. I didn’t mind the food, but they needed a kid option like pancakes if they didn’t have a buffé. "

Sedan var underhållet eftersatt med flagande färg i trapphus och korridorer. Toadörren gick inte att stänga Det var välstädat och personalen var inte så påträngande som de brukar vara i USA. Wi-Fi funkade bra"
