On the main floor, you will be received by a bright dining room with air conditioning, ideal for social gatherings or relaxing afternoons. A fully equipped independent kitchen awaits you, along with a practical laundry room that has a washer and dryer. Additionally, the main floor houses an elegant master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, featuring a refreshing shower.



Descend down some interior stairs to the ground floor, where another cozy living room welcomes you with direct access to the pool. Here, you will find a second well-equipped kitchen and three comfortable bedrooms, all with closets for additional storage. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms with shower for greater comfort.



In 3 of the 4 rooms, there is air conditioning to ensure your comfort in any season of the year.

Both kitchens are equipped with everything you need, from oven and ceramic hob to microwave and dishwasher. Do you want to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea? No problem! You also have a toaster and a kettle at your disposal.



For your entertainment, we offer free Wi-Fi connection and a Smart TV with a selection of channels in English and German. And when you're ready to enjoy the Mediterranean sun, head to the spacious south-facing terrace, where you can sunbathe and enjoy the stunning views of the Roses Bay.

Yes, there is a basic consumption of 15kw per day included, in case of exceeding it, the extra kw will be charged at the current market price, which will be indicated in the rental contract.

Measures 4x8m with an approximate maximum depth of 2.00m.



How are the beds?

There are 1 double beds of 180x200m and 6 single beds of 90x200m.



Are the towels included?

No, but we have it available for rent.



Who takes care of the pool maintenance?

The technician comes once a week.
