This elegant three-bedroom villa with a private pool is distributed over two floors and has been designed for those seeking privacy, tranquility, and a spectacular setting. Upon arrival, a spacious exterior parking at the entrance allows you to comfortably park up to two vehicles. A short walk up the exterior stairs takes you to the main floor, where the magic begins.

The main floor is an oasis of light and spaciousness. The living room, with its open layout and large windows, opens directly to the private terrace, a perfect space to enjoy a glass of wine at sunset or long conversations with views of Roses Bay.
